Are you refering to the scene where Ye Shilan's head hit the kitchen cabinet? In that scene she didn't say she doesn't have medicine kit. She said "búyòng" which means "no, it's unnecessary" or "no need to".
If she didn't have it, she would reply with "méi yǒu" instead.
It deserves 9 for sure , ratings might increase after airing completed

I was smiling ear to ear while watching ep 15 - 16.
It was definitely the most endearing, most genuine, and most beautiful confession I've ever seen in a drama. If I include the scene in the car, the confession scene took around 14 minutes long and I wasn't bored at all even though it was full of conversation because all those words were so meaningful and beautiful.

I don't think any of those will happen in this drama. Based on drama calendar, the main leads will get together by ep 15-16.
ML's ex girlfriend already showed up but she isn't a nuisance and only caused FML a small misunderstanding.
Breakup is possible but it won't be draggy like SAHPH. Since this is only 24 eps drama, there won't be much misunderstanding between couple. I think this drama would be focus on how the couple growing up together to be a better person especially FML since she's struggling with insecurity and inferiority complex.
There might be a lot of sweet scenes in ep 20-21. I can't wait to watch them all.
