This drama could totally have a season two. It was so cuteš I want to follow Eui Ju's journey in the writing world, see the friend group go to uni and want Mr. Ga to reappear with his friend... it could totally work
Okay, but why do I sense that Mr. Ga has feelings for her NOW!?!? like the teaser at the end of ep 14 is TEASING And they definitely knew each other in the past... because he said something along the lines of, "Have you forgotten what you said/promised 10 years ago?" and she was confused and didn't remember anything... I feel like we don't quite know Mr. Ga that there's another twist...
What if the Prime Minister was a villain from the very beginningā¦
We know his father was a good Prime Minister and that he died. But what if his father actually died because of the Crown? What if he lost his life while actively trying to protect it? Maybe he discovered Jinmuās schemes and tried to confront him, and that confrontation ultimately cost him his life.
From my perspective, the royal family has always been surrounded by tragic and suspicious deaths, and it feels like someone has been orchestrating them all from the shadows. And that someone seems to be Jinmu.
So what if, after Ianās mother died, the Prime Ministerās father uncovered the truth about everything, and that discovery led to his death as well? That would explain the Prime Ministerās deep hatred toward the Crown.
And regarding Huiju, we all know he loves her. But her love for Ian would completely shatter him because he would see it as her turning against him and siding with the enemy. At first, when Huiju claimed she did not like Ian, he was happy and genuinely tried to protect her. But the moment he realized that she truly had feelings for Ian, he felt betrayed, and that betrayal slowly turned into resentment and hatred toward her.
AND!!
What if the hidden girl the Queen has is actually Huijuās mother?!?
We know Huijuās father was never thrilled about the idea of her being with Ian, which is honestly strange for a businessman like him. Marrying into the royal family would normally be extremely beneficial for the Castle Group, yet instead of supporting it, he seemed genuinely against it.
What if Huijuās mother somehow became a victim of the Crown and Jinmuās schemes? That could explain why her father harbors such deep resentment and distrust toward the royal family. Maybe he knows things no one else does, and seeing Huiju get close to Ian feels like history repeating itself all over again.
kind of crazy that it's the 21st century but they don't have fire extinguishers in each building and only have…
And how the queen didnāt bother to text Ian when he didnāt pick up to tell him that something is fishy and her father and prime minister are plotting š LIKE USE THE DAMN PHONE AT ITS FULL CAPACITY
How to be more evil than Jinmu? How to be the most hated person after Jinmu? How to confess after 10 years of not confessing but having time? How to betray your friend and love interest without her hating you?
BRO HAD 10 YEARS TO CONFESS!! 10-FREAKING-YEARS! DIDN'T DO ANYTHING AND NOW HE WANTS IT ALL?! He needs to d*e (I'm not joking, he really pissed me off)
How on earth did the queen obtain the contract? It was in Ian's safe, so if she has the actual contract, doesnāt that also mean she has the evidence from the fire?
Not gonna lie, Iām really disappointed in the Prime Minister, but Iām not shocked. He really switched sides and thought it was a smart move.
My concern is that in todayās episode, Hiju and Ian seem to have lost all their power and authority. Our girl Hiju, known for her fierce personality and intelligence, didnāt assert herself at all. She seemed genuinely scared, and I understand why. What really frustrates me is that they know where the contract was written and hidden, but they didnāt bother to check how it was found and by whom! I know thereās an open investigation, but the contract clearly wasnāt uncovered during it. Even if it were, it would be obvious that the Prime Minister leaked it.
So, how are they communicating with him as if he isn't the root cause of the chaos? Why arenāt they fighting back for their lives?! Their lack of caution about their own situation is killing me... But I mean they did write a paper contract in the first place so they're clearly not the smartest people on earth I guess š There are only three episodes left, and it feels like weāre running out of time.
The preview of episodes 11-12 is giving me the ick... Don't get me wrong; I'm enjoying the show (kinda), but the romance part is bugging me It's painfully embarrassing to watch, but it's funny and legal till now, so no big deal
I started this tonight, but is there any romantic thing in this drama or ...?
We donāt know yet for sure⦠but there are hints that maybe thereās and this is really troubling cause of the circumstances ( the fl is 18 and the teacher 23-24)
The teacher is apparently 24-25 (2002) years old and the girl is 18
Honestly since they portrayed the teacher as a math genius why didnāt they made him younger (like 18-20) so it could have been logic that he skipped some school classes since heās a genius etc⦠itāll have been less disturbing
what to do? I think they'll end up together by the end of the series or in te middle of it since she's already…
Iām in the same boat as you I gave this drama a chance and I think they wonāt date while sheās actively a student⦠The director will probably use a time jump so the characters will see each other after years and bla-bla the rest is history⦠Because from what Iāve understood since watching there are so many hints that he could possibly know her (from the past) and appreciate/like her⦠They also portray the teacher as responsible/mature so like itāll be weird for a math genius whoās a teacher at a young age (24-25) to lost it over a teen girl while heās in position of power/authority š
Not to mention that the director could also PURPOSELY make them date illegally to show how negative and bad it is ⦠it could totally make sense. In this case itāll be a really educational story about the danger of those relationships ⦠the moral of the title āthe absolute value of Romanceā would be interesting if itās the case
As a 19 years old girl Iām grossed out by the simple fact that they are insinuating possible romance and Iām really curious to see how crazy the director is so Iāll continue the show for the sake of my curiosity (all that while hoping the director has some decency left)
