I just gave this drama 5 stars. I'm generally not into military genre, but this drama is surprisingly good. The director +the script writer did great teamwork. The narration is so intense and ep 4&5 ep8 ep11 ep15&16 are pure gold (I haven't watched 17&18 yet). I believe GOSF will be one of the best c-dramas this year.
BTW, Yang Yang deserves 5 stars for his acting in ep8 and ep11. Yan Po Yue's character may be debatable but Yang Yang's acting is undoubtedly convincing in this genre. I don't see anyone in his generation could do better than him.
This is such a great drama. Storyline, acting, production everything is on point. My favorite part is how they portrate…
IMO, the aerospace part shows the quality and value of this drama. I didn't expect to see such a solid professional story line in a Romance drama. What a pleasant surprise!
I start to feel irritated by ppl keep saying first 18 eps are slow and dull, fast forward to ep19 and blahblah. I would not recommend YAMG to ppl who are merely looking for fluffy romance full of candies . If beautiful narration is not your cup of tea, if character building is not necessary for you, forget about YAMG. YAMG is actually quite serious about character's inner struggle, and the director did a great job presenting it. If you fast forward the core part of the drama, you miss the value, so what's point to watch it?
congratulations to #YangYang, winner of Star Dramachaser Audience Favorite Male Character for the 3rd Quarter of 2021 for his role as Yu Tu in #YouAreMyGlory! Congratulations to YAMG team!
Sorry to interrupt. This drama has been very popular on Youtube and Netflix. PPL love it because it's healthy, funny and cute. The ID you talked to is a delusional Zheng Shuang fan, who ships Zhang Han and Zheng Shuang. S/he has been stalking this page like no tomorrow. It doesn't matter if you are gonna quit this drama, just I feel sorry for a Guman's story being bashed like that, simply Not fair.
This just make me fall into him even harder. When I watched the drama, I could only saw Yu Tu. I felt Yang Yang…
Sorry for being confusing. And yes he totally pulled off Yu Tu, like he did for Ye Xiu. Such a professional actor. The thing bothers me recently is that I'm having a weird feeling that I couldn't relate Yang Yang to Yu Tu at all. It's a good thing tho, but the feeling has been stuck in my mind for a while. This video is like a bridge, which connects Yang Yang and Yu Tu to me. I can feel that Yu Tu is forever inside Yang Yang now. Also I appreciate Yang Yang's versatility as an artist, which reminds me how versatile Yu Tu is. If Yu Tu was not an aerospace engineer, he would still be successful in banking business or become a superstar like Jing Jing. YuTu was born for aerospace. That's why he felt so painful to leave in the first half of the drama, as he's not complete anymore without aerospace. I wonder how painful Yang Yang felt back then when he left dancing stage to be an actor. I read somewhere that he first rejected the offer for him to act Jia Baoyu in the drama of Dream of the Red Chamber 2010, but his mother persuaded him to take the offer, as being an actor had a way broader future than being a professional dancer in China.
BTW, Yang Yang deserves 5 stars for his acting in ep8 and ep11. Yan Po Yue's character may be debatable but Yang Yang's acting is undoubtedly convincing in this genre. I don't see anyone in his generation could do better than him.
