E-sports drama is relatively a new genre that doesn't have big audience base yet. However the King's Avatar definitely did a great job and it has been the only C-drama listed on the "International the Best" chart of Netflix, together with K-drama Kingdom.

Since this drama will be aired on TV, it really depends on the schedule of the TV station. Also the drama needs to pass the censorship first.

According to the original script, Miya didn't die there. She survived and ran the second base of red scorpion, and there's mission to rescue children from this second base. However because of the censorship, this part was all cut off.

M country asked China to destroy the base of red scorpion, and was supposed to help during the mission. Leng Jing was out of the battlefield cooperating with M country's army. However M country retreated due to its own issue and left Yan Po Yue and others in danger. The drama cut the whole part off as the censorship considered its not good for the relationship between the countries (roll my eyes)

the drama was very successful back then. The tv view rating was crazily high. Yang Yang became extremely popular because of this drama, and Love O2O just made him even more popular.

This drama is the only drama which was aired and shot at the same time in C-drama history. The TV view rating went crazily high when the drama was aired halfway through. The producer decided to make the second season to profit more. This decision ruined the old plan: 28 episodes and happy ending--Ruo Bai and Bai Cao got married and had a baby girl called Ya Ya btw.

she's not the worst Lusi fan. Can you believe some Lusi fan jumped in and said something like you are such hater and Zhao Lusi stole this show and being the real talented one. (she deleted her comment right after she posted it) LOL I believe that kind of Lusi fans basically skipped ep28 Yang Yang's solo part and had no idea his acting brought quality to this drama and saved the drama from the plagiarism scandal at that time. If it's not because some Lusi fans constantly blamed on Yang Yang for the plot didn't concentrate on FL in the mid of the story, I wouldn't say anything. Lusi is still young and she definitely is not the worst of the actresses Yang Yang has cooperated. This drama is also not Yang Yang's best drama, but at least he had correct emotions on and his action movements are superbly beautiful. Anyway, let's say forever goodbye to the producer and the director, as these two are the real problem of this drama.

If you thought in that way after you watched two episodes, then I'll suggest you to quit. This drama is by no means slow, it's just not your cup of tea. I read the novel and I watched anime the time they just came out. I think, compare to anime, the drama did a better job presenting characters, especially Ye Xiu. Also the team competition in the drama is thrilling and unpredictable.

Come to say Hi. Good we have something to expect. Hopefully this drama can be as good as You Are My Glory. I really Like the Aerospace line in YAMG.

? I just hope these irresponsible ppl stay away from his future projects. Can't you feel this drama is so messed up because of the production team. I wish Yang Yang's drama always has good quality like the King's Avatar and Glory of the Special Forces.

WOW I can't even feel any love from her towards FLX, she didn't seem sad, no slight tiredness after she's supposed to take care of fainted FLX for three days. She's one of the reasons why I can't enjoy the love line (not just the script itself is stupid).

I skipped the love line after ep21, very badly written and was completely not fit for the characters.
