also apologizing to a brat who damaged her career was not the women supporting women thing the director thought…
have u ever been in a relationship fbdsjkkfsd its so normal what she did ur so attached to that person u dont Want to believe they'd do smth like that to u so she must have been justifying it to herself thinking it was a clingy ex its what everyone does and isnt really smth she has to be punished for
now that all the ops are compiled together https://twitter.com/arbyslight/status/1381035630793138176?s=20 its actually interesting to see that juwon only has 'monster' on him when he doesn't have/trust dongsik, possibly implying that if he'd gone down this path alone, he would have turned himself into a monster (like we see with what he did to the immigrant, it wasn't intentional he was trying to solve a crime but he still ended up taking her life).
dongsik on the other hand, has monster on him when he's out doing crazy shit to protect the ppl he loves. for them, to keep them save, to bring them justice, he's willing to turn into a monster he doesn't care about what this would do to him, about the consequences he'll have to face (like when he nearly killed the dude who killed his ex-partner).
juwon was so justice driven, upheld the law so high he would out himself above ppl to solve crimes, thus turning into a monster. dongsik loved so dearly, he'd throw away his humanity to protect and avenge the ppl he loved. in the end, it was dongsik and juwon who saved each other. both had their own motives, but both of them were willing to go so far down that path of what they considered 'good', that if they didn't have each other they would have destroyed themselves.
dongsik taught juwon to love others as deeply as he loved the law and juwon taught dongsik to value the law as much as he valued his ppl. by themselves, they'd have to go too far to achieve what they wanted, turning into criminals (monsters), but together, they had someone to rely on, someone to help them move on, someone to pull them out before they fell too deep.
if i really sat down to talk about them i'd never stop but they really saved each other at the end of the day that was so beautiful.
i dont see why everyone's mad at the FL i thought that was cute sksngkls and like honestly so what if she likes…
i think she's just really trying to drive them both away tbh bc they both r in her face with their feelings and its confusing her so she told them that so they'd back off and let her find out with time.
i dont see why everyone's mad at the FL i thought that was cute sksngkls and like honestly so what if she likes both guys it IS possible to like more than one person at a time polyamory is a thing? and a lady as hot as her tbh it makes more sense that she'd have two bfs (if ofc they're both ok with that). anyway this is a kdrama and i doubt they'll go with the polyamory route (it'd be cute an interesting to see polyamory portrayed as smth that isn't cheating bc these r both comepletely different things). she's probably just really confused now bc she Does like them both but she'll eventually find which one she likes more and date him.
It was clear since Day 1 where his loyalty lies: to Pyeonggang only. Yes, he loves his tribe but he is willing…
yeah like it was obv that she had her reservations but she liked him so much she bought his lies happily. i could always tell he never truly loved her (lee jihoon's good at his job) so yeah i dont get why others seem so surprised either
It was clear since Day 1 where his loyalty lies: to Pyeonggang only. Yes, he loves his tribe but he is willing…
yeah i mean i thought it was pretty obv too no one gets over love so fast he was clearly using her as rebound like his time with her he was so unlike himself like he was trying to convince himself he really loved her when maybe he did care for her and he must have been attracted to her (shes hot) but i dont think he ever truly moved on or 'loved' moyong
i really really hated the fact that basically all the blame was put on jiwon... like yes she made some mistakes…
also apologizing to a brat who damaged her career was not the women supporting women thing the director thought it was. she damaged her career over a stupid MAN why should jiwon apologize to her. i kind of get jiwon's intentions but it was all so unfair to her bc really she's been the biggest victim in this situation having to deal with both that idiot man and this girl i hated it
But I (apparently watching until ep 18) honestly think that the first person to ever change Hao Du is actually…
hmm no actually i dont think that was a 'change' in hao du's character, they were finally showing us all sides of him. like we're shown he's a ruthless person in action, but then we're shown his own internal thoughts and realize he isn't actually that cruel (it shows anyway in the fact that he's doing this all for his father, so its apparent that he loves deeply and even thou he appears indifferent, he cares a lot). that's what i meant when i said leyan would 'teach' him to be kind and that he wouldn't change himself for her. bc rn ik its smth he's capable of its part of him, but he's sealed it off bc he thinks he can't afford being soft, but watching her unrelenting kindness will teach him that being kind is easy too.
why is every dude here falling in love first i see this in every cdrama do the writers have some kinf of complex or smth T__T honestly wanna see leyan fall for hao du first his asshole-ry and all to accept him as he is and teach him to be kinder while pursuing him, to teach him to value himself more so he doesn't just blindly follow his father. but yeah that's not happening. its so obv what they'll do here like hao du will fall for her first and he'll change for her so she'll like him blah blah blah the usual trope but anyway i adore them both so whatever it is i'll be happy.
Why the heck is Ji Won taking the blame for this? I mean okay yeah she saw the heart in the glove compartment…
really seungyu's been the biggest problem from the start they waster so much time on him they should have done this earlier instead of squeezing it into the last 2 eps
Why the heck is Ji Won taking the blame for this? I mean okay yeah she saw the heart in the glove compartment…
no bc u can literally Tell this was directed by a man who has no idea how women work like half i didnt even understand hyeryeong tbh what was the point of all that and after demonizing her so much how do u expect the audience to sympathize with her now?
it started strong but their 1st side story was so boring, her story was a cheap attempt at "sadness" and revenge...I…
extortion of poor workers esp orphans who have no one else to rely on is actually pretty common in many countries i don't see how that was a cheap attempt? she's a poor disabled orphan who was isolated from ppl she could seek help from and abused lol if u thought that was boring maybe don't watch a show where the leads help ppl when no one else does
my favorite thing about this is the cast like fans will be like there's no romance its definitely not gay and jingoo in the press conference and bts keeps talking about how juwon likes dongsik and that they're in a 'secret relationship' jingoo they're number 1 shipper thank u king
i love them all but why isn't shin hyesun in this she's the best actress i've ever watched (and i've watched the performances of most of these actresses fndksns)
