Most people do not critique shows like you. They rate the show on how much they enjoyed it. I never said melodrama or cliches are bad. Hell, I never even said your opinion was wrong. I literally just find your hate for FOE hilarious. Especially when you rate Our Movie so highly.
MDL ratings are not "objective proof" because ratings are based on people's biased opinion. Like I can rate FOE a 10/10, you can rate it a 1/10. This applies to all dramas. For a drama to get above a 9.0 or even 8.8 on MDL is a good sign that the drama is good. That does not mean you will personally enjoy it but it does mean the majority enjoyed it. If hundreds of thousands of people rate a drama 10 or 9, you cannot overlook that as "subjective nonsense". Check your tone before you gaslight me into being the hostile one. No malice intended. I just find your anger and hate for a show hilarious and dumb

I don't mind critiques of shows and I dont call people dumb because they don't like the shows I like. I just find your hypocrisy and absolute disdain for FOE funny. The entire premise of a lead character with a terminal illness starting a relationship is as melodramatic as it gets. Sure you can make it a cohesive story with few plot holes and messy plotlines, but that does not mean its not melodramatic.
FOE is supposed to be a melodrama. It is supposed to be unrealistic. It is completely fine that you dislike FOE, but I just find it funny how you can't understand why the drama is good and why many think it is a masterpiece. It is just not your cup of tea which is fair, but there is a reason this drama is 8 while FOE is 9. FOE is one of a kind while Our Movie is a rinse and repeat story. FOE being one of your most hated shows says how bias they are. I wouldnt argue if you said it was overrated or average. But to say the show is bad and that our movie is infinitely better when the genres are completely different doesnt make sense. There was literally nothing special about our movie. Good actors and execution but nothing special which is why it is a 8.

I never said you were insulting anyone and you are entitled to your opinion. Your critique of Flower of Evil is nitpicking every single moment in the drama. No drama is realistic. You think "Our Movie" is realistic? Things happen in every show that doesn't make sense but happens for plot. That is how stories work.

Out of all the overrated slop you choose "Flower of Evil"...What was cliche about Flower of Evil? "Our Movie" is the same terminal illness tear jerker romance drama done over and over again, but you praise that and knock Flower of Evil. Flower of Evil is one of a kind.

Honestly, the drama was pretty good, but the ending makes it horrible IMO and will leave anybody with a bad feeling. Ending made the whole story ridiculous but the premise and acting was so good.
Why is Oh Yeon Seo so far down in the cast and labeled guest role. I am halfway through and she has had a significant role in the first half with lots of screentime....
Love this show but skip every scene with the male lead's "best friend". Dude is creeping for his best friend's girlfriend for a decade. there is nothing romantic about that and its just weird.
I dont care about kissing scenes at all but the first kiss scene in this one had me thinking damnnnnnnn, Bae Suzy was good in this.
The plot is not the best and does not really make sense, but the actors and chemistry is good. Don't take this drama too seriously and consider it fanfare and you will enjoy it.

Nothing amazing, but just a fluffy school romance. No love triangle. No melodrama. A story for lonely kids to just open up and be themselves.
