I only need 1 spoiler: does someone know whether the novel has a happy ending for them? I'm a fan of those XD
just about everything in the drama (peach blossoms) is made up because they did not have the copy rights--the novel is different--i am a fan of both novel and drama--
I agree with you on the light part, and that's definitely a positive point to be made. This is a great drama for…
Ming Lan is a masterpiece. Eternal Love was my favorite drama. Ming Lan, in my opinion, is a 20 on a 10 and I can't think of a drama that has ever been so perfect--I could find no fault with it. It was like watching Masterpiece theatre or something. Just perfect.
aah just read your article! Awesome ! Great Work! Well Done ! Not sure but just know came across chinese announcement…
Thanks and congrats to her and her family :) And thanks for reading the article; I had support from kisskh editors who made it the polished final piece I worked hard on it I hope they make more dramas like this one :D it is definitely my new favorite, and that is a hard position to usurp
I rooted for the two but when I reached the end I realized that Bai Zi Hua is arguably one of the best villains…
Thank you for your comment! I thought BZH was attractive and I did think they had chemistry, there are some great youtube videos that really point out his subtle acting---but he is probably my number one for best villain because he seems so innocent.....but isn't. Maybe that's why i liked her 'Big Sister' who was painted as the evil one but was the most honest person in the entire series
Really great article! I have never watched a more perfect show in every aspect. Even incredible western shows…
I think what gives eastern dramas the advantage is that in the west so much filler is given to sex and violence ---after a while it becomes kind of annoying when it doesn't serve a purpose or it happens all the time (also the West seems to be allergic to the idea of 'good' people they are far more focused on people being extremely flawed--like someone else posted I think it is up there with the BBC masterpiece theatre shows, or the tv show The Crown (Netflix)
I plowed through most of Fu Yao and the only reason I finished is I can be stubborn...I absolutely loved this…
I stayed with Fu Yao because i felt obligated to finish it; my favorite arc was the veng gao arc and I think the show had some of the best hair ornaments I have ever seen in a show (that was really memorable to me) but as for the show, I think the writing could have been better
i don't think any drama, not even eternal love, has me so utterly obsessed. I am watching it again and it is like my third time. I just really love this show. i never thought i could become so fixated on tv show.
this is a rare drama where the actors use their own voices--for example, i hate the voice dubbing for child actors…
lol usually i can overlook it and i have seen so many that i can recognize certain voice actors in other dramas but in the case of child actors it is so cringy!!
In terms of story.i can line up in NIV. They have different way of execution but it strike in me.maybe others…
thinking about the love story, the interactions between the two leads really lays the foundation for them falling in love in a believable way. everything builds up, and if you rewatch certain episodes, like after he rescues her on the boat, i am convinced he was already in love with her
this is a rare drama where the actors use their own voices--for example, i hate the voice dubbing for child actors in dramas it is always terrible but the little girl in the first few episodes is fantastic and does a very raw performance--
i think this is a well written article, but will admit that I strongly wanted to drop ashes of love. were it not for the simple fact that i was stuck in an airport i would have. had someone not sworn to me it gets good in the final 1/3, it would have been dropped. but mainly because i had nothing else to do and it is the only time where not following my instinct was wrong. i loved it.
