So you do understand it fully. For light entertainment like BL, people tend to prefer everything to be easy to follow and simple. I don't think this is really a BL, and it's more complex and we won't know exactly what's going on until the end or at least nearer the end. I like that, altough it would get on my nerves in a series like Love Sick.

There's a lot in this series to like, but it can also be tiresome. Enough with the jealousy already! Is there no other source of drama they can come up with? Aughh! I love the actors, but I really wish Noh and Phun would take a slow boat to China and let the rest of the series be about Per & WIn, who are way more compelling.

Viewing Tip: set it on 1.25X - then Phun still moves way to slowly for a normal person, but at least then it isn't coma-inducing. I did that & didn't notice until Noh hopped down the stairs.

I'm not sure all of those people actually exist. I think Shu Guang is real, but I'm not sure about Zhao Huan Neng - he might be real but dead now (the story being in the past). It's meant to be uncertain - I presume it all becomes clear.

This is so well-written and the acting is great given these aren't experienced actors. If you're looking for a "standard" BL, this isn't it.

Definitely a good idea - it's something you really have to pay attention to and it doesn't help to have a week break between episodes.

I don't understand what you mean - it seems connected to me. Are you watching the scenes past the end credits? If you don't, I can see why it would be confusing. There is usually one normal scene and one scene with the boyfriend's therapy session.

There was no reason to keep it secret from Akk, though, and his unbelievable hypocricy in getting mad at Akk for not telling him about his parents after lying about the Enchante thing made him unlikeable.

The story it's based on has sex, but BL is getting more and more puritanical, so you're lucky if you get a hug. Actually, a hug is often better than what passes for a kiss in these series.

Earn and Noh have 100 times more chemistry - I'm sorry it couldn't go that way. I don't dislike Phun, but he's about as exciting as a wet cardboard box.

I think there's a difference between Phun & Mawin's fathers - Phun's has good intentions and would never hit Phun, whereas Mawin's father is just a dick.

That's a good way of putting it. In the US, professors have been commenting that students can't read books anymore - something that long requiring sustained attention is just not in their experience anymore. Likewise, modern writing tends to be a series of scenes with no logical connection between them.
