honestly, im kinda dissapointed. some scenes could be shorter, i was a bit bored watching this... i hope it'll…
I'm really surprised. Ingredients was so good that I was excited for this series, but it's awful. I had to put it on 1.5x to get through it. It's not just the long, slow scenes, it's the lack of any energy on the part of anyone. I don't think either lead wanted to be in this.
Oh dear. That was terrible. It was essentially a long commercial for various products sold at Tops. It had zero energy, the acting was flat, and the characters had no motivation. Also, there's yet another ridiculous predatory trans character engaging in such egregious sexual harassment that it actually crosses the line into sexual assault, and the scenes from next ep show that this profoundly offensive and unfunny storyline will continue.
I don't know if I'll make it through the obligatory 3 episode trial period, but I'll try. After Ingredients I thought this could be good - the writing and editing for that was tight and snappy - this was wet cardboard, and maybe the worst Thai BL I've ever seen. And Gameplay is in my Top 10 favorite actors - or he was until this mess.
I hope Prem's character isn't going to be that whiney in the series. I thought I would like this more, but it was a commercial. Anyway, I'm still looking forward to the series.
Personally I thought episode 6 is probably the best so far! It's definitely my favourite.
The wods "may be" amd "probably" mean I'm assuming nothing. If I wanted to make and assumption I would have said "There is a difference" and "you are" And I already said this is my favoite BL airing. One minor criticism does not mean I don't like something. And without irony ou accuse me of making assumptions about you and then you turn around and make an assumption about me? Wow.
But if you're that sensitive I won't make the mistake of engaging with you again, This is a discussion forum, not an echo chamber.

There may be a difference in perception here between a woman and a guy - to us, a lack of "go away or I'll call the police" is a "yes". Ida said "I want to date you" which to a guy would be "Whoh, I just said I liked you and you're already picking out wedding rings. Bye." That's an exaggeration, but from your own experience you've probably noticed that effect to a degree.

But we ended up at the end of it exactly where we were at the end of Ep 5. The sp on its own was good, but as a part of a series it didn't serve any purpose. It contained lots of great moments, but it didn't drive the plot forward, and with only 10 fairly short eps that's a large investment in a single idea.
Personally I don't think episode 6 is about Aoki "being jealous of girls", I think it's more about him being insecure…
I agree, but I think that's been adequately demonstrated already and it doesn't need to be belabored - it's not a long series. We ended up this ep exactly where we were at the end of the previous ep.

I didn't put it well. I'm tired of the insecurity over whether or not Ida likes him. It was necessary to the story, but now it's getting repetitive and feels a little like they're looking for way to keep them apart. In other words, this ep felt a lot like last ep - we didn't really go over any new territory.
OK, this is still my favorite thing airing, but I was starting to find it tiresome Ep 6. There are a lot of funny and cute moments, but how long are we going to drag out the same plot point? There are plenty of sources of awkwardness and humor available within the context of a relationship - it's time to move forward and get past being jealous of girls.
Am I the only one who enjoyed this?! I loved the fluffiness but it lacked story consistency. I didn't feel awkward…
I didn't hate it, but it was kind of shallow and forgetable. I think it's kind of a letdown after Where Your Eyes Linger, and how good he was in Nobleman Ryu's Wedding.
His views on it seemed clear to me - "eww." I wonder if that's why the story was so de-BL'ed.
BLs are not more trashy than normal Thai dramas - in fact I'd say they're much less trashy as they focus entirely on friendship and romance and contain virtually no sex or even physical affection. Although they do have a lot of gratuitous shower scenes (which I'm not complaining about. At all).
It wasn't necessary for him to say it, and it came off as homophobic to me, but I may be predisposed to feel that way because I found Bite Me to be a convoluted attempt to stay away from the BL of the story as much as possible - whereas straight romances in the series seemed to pop up all over the place with great ease.
The behind the scenes was disappointing, with Zung making damned sure everyone was totally aware he had no intention of ever doing a gay drama, ewww. But his manager made him. And dammit, he looks so hot in those glasses.
Seeing so many kindred spirits here when I saw about 100 IG and TT posts on how great this series was makes me…
I really don't get the enthusiasm for this series. First and Ja are unusually attractive, but I'd rather watch average-looking guys who are committed to their roles in a production that's well-written.

Anyway, next ep looks great.
