I didn't have time to watch it today. I'll watch it tomorrow after today's OMG! Vampire episode.
Maybe, but being rude to a service person, who is powerless in the situation and will be fired if he fights back, is 100% of the time the sign of a bad person. No matter how bad your day, no matter your mood, there is never an excuse for abusive behavior, especially towards someone who you have power over. As it turns out, the situation is different with Mut and Rak doesn't have power over him, but he didn't know that. Also, do you go to someone else's land and start insulting the place immediately right to the face of a local?
Likewise, we know Mut is a good and giving person. There is no hint of a positive characteristic in Rak. Mut didn't get annoying until after Rak started mistreating him, and Rak isn't angry and sassy, he's childish, arrogant, and surly. A sassy character might be a bit outrageous, but not in a serious way and usually witty and funny. Rak said he hated Mut and then was just a Karen. Charn from Laws of Attraction or Porsche from KinnPorsche are sassy. Actually, it's Mut that's the sassy character - he's poking at Rak, but it's in fun more than malice.
It's awful. Fort isn't much better, but at least he's not playing a character that I'd like to see slapped.
I might have been exaggerating what I want to happen for the sake of drama. But I don't think I can be brought around to like his character after his obnoxious, rude, and childish behavior in this episode. He was such a jerk that I can't help but lose respect for Mut for being interested in him. I agree, they can. work as supporting characters - in Love in the Air, I liked them until their half of the story, when they quickly grew tiresome.
That was an old clip, so why did everyone immediatley confess the entire truth? Also, with Yos & Tae, let me understand:…
I guess I can buy the reaction to the video. But not being recognized before he was famous with a mask on but not unmasked when he was famous, especially at a college campus, and together with another idol!
I thought this was the weakest episode of the 10 so far, but that's still not a bad episode.

I still like the show, BTW - but when I really like something it's failings are a lot more disappointing than they are for something that wasn't all that good to begin with.

You what's even more, more annoying? Peopel who have nothing to add to a discussion and get bent out of shape because someone has a different opinion about a piece of light entertainment.

What is "analyzing too much?" If something makes no sense, it makes no sense - it's not a matter of analysis. It is just bad writing that people recognized Moo before he'd done anything at all while wearing a mask, but nobody notice him after he was famous on a college campus in broad daylight. That's just lazy.
That was tedious. By the end I was getting repetitive motion distress from hitting the +10 seconds button.
Tong is awful - a horrible person who is a spoiled monster that's rude to service people and finds an island paradise hellish. His attitude is so awful that I don't think I would like him if he spend the rest of the series rescuing puppies. If they had given us a backstory reason for him to be that nasty and bitter, maybe it would be at least tolerable.
The acting in this was weak, and everything about it was too forced. The writing was even worse - who comes up with dialog like that? Huffing and puffing over every little thing for an hour isn't funny or charming, it's tiresome, and I don't care how cute he is, nobody is going to find anyone with a personality like that attractive. If Mame thinks it's ok to behave like that, I'd hate to see what she's like in real life.
And I could see Tong crying because he was afraid he was trapped on a boat, but actually crying out of concern? If he was that upset, he could, I don't know, try to rescue Mut?
But Mame can't conceive of an uke as anything but a useless, weak emotional child who can't tie his shoes without a seme to protect and guide him.
It's well shot, though, which is a nice change from what I've been seeing lately.
But still, this is the worst thing I've seen in a while.

MUT was annoying? Maybe a little, but I was hoping a shark would leap out of the water and drag Tong into the depths. He was supernaturally annoying, and such a horrible person that he's impossible to like.
How tf does this have 8.7 ⭐️ rating??? It just seems like WE ARE, no plot and just two guys touching each…
It's that weird algorythm again. I suspect producers can pay for a higher rating, because if you add up the actual votes, it's nowhere near 8.7, although it's still a lot higher than I would think possible.
That was an old clip, so why did everyone immediatley confess the entire truth? Also, with Yos & Tae, let me understand: Tae kisses Yos, which is what he's always wanted, and his reaction is to treat Tae like shit and freeze him out? Yos is a dick and Tae should move on.
I didn't like this episode at all. I'm getting tired of plots that depend on misunderstandings that even a small child wouldn't have.
I did like that Moo's mother, although making it fairly clear what she wanted Kang to do, didn't order him to or treat him like the mother normally would. That made her not ridiculously angelic but also not a bitch, but rather a more realistic person.
I hate the lazy time jump - instead of doing something interesting like exploring the emotional consequences of what happened, we just leap over it. And are you expecting me to believe that Moo had no idea where Kang was for a year? Come on. That's ridiculous. Just as a thought expiriment, I chose a hot PE teacher from Junior High who's first name I don't remember, and despite having no social media I easily found him. He did not age well. And two idols can just walk around a college campus without anyone noticing them, when Moo, while wearing a mask, BEFORE he was an idol, was instandly spotted at the cinema?
This is bad writing and very disappointing for this series.
But I'm happy Keen can do drama extremely well - that scene on the train was heart-breaking, which just makes me more disappointed that it was all skipped over.
That was a real filler episode - this is starting to feel like it's twice as long as it needs to be. I'm kind of getting bored of Mandee and Yoryak, and I didn't think it was possible to lose interest in staring at those muscles, but Oye looks almost as good and his relationship is 10 times more interesting to me.
It looks like the plot may move a bit next ep, which I desperately need at this point. The relationship of the leads is too childish to be plausible to me.
Pod is doing a great job of being low-key loathesome.
I'm about to check it out... it's interesting that u said they tried to copy the japanese version when fourth…
Well, they certainly made the pacing Thai - everything is twice as long as it needs to be, with lots of long, awkward pauses. Thai productions always seem to take comedies and turn them into dramas, like Love Stage, which drains all the life out of the story. This has comedy-ish moments, but the story is too pedestrian and cliche-ridden to support itself without any unique quality to keep it afloat. Like Fourth in a swimming suit, the image of which is still burned into my mind from My School President.
