Yeah, my sister and her husband are like this (and they’ve been together for years!). They do everything together…
I think Tine's sadness was just fine - it's a new relationship and he's never been apart from Wat before. My problem is that if he missed him THAT much, then perhaps he would want to do more than just sit next to him and chat upon reuniting. It didn't ring true, and it has nothing to do with my "narrow perspective", it has to do with the narrative of this specific story, which was inconsistent and didn't work. And, incidentally, my "narrow perspective" is 52 years and several long-term relationships.

I agree about PDAs - but the whole point of the story is was the separation, and not only did Wat inexplicably and ridiculously drive all the way back home and then stay hidden, which was stupid and purely to avoid the actors having to kiss, but then they didn't even hug after 2 weeks apart. There is no chance I will ever believe them as a romantic couple after this. I get the lack of overt affection last season - this was all new to Tine, but they've been living together for an entire year now. Straight dramas in the same conservative culture (and time slot) have way, way more physical love, and even most BL dramas do. There is no excuse for this and I can only attribute it to the refusal of the actors to do anything gay.

Although he's hot so I'll forgive him because I'm shallow.

This ep was the first time I noticed it!When did I miss it?
If they're going to do product placement like that, I'm all in.

I mean, this show is kind of a train wreck, but this episode was at least fun. I just fast-forwarded through about…
That's what I do too. Except it's more like 80%.

MDL needs a status that says "Too cringey to watch while sober". I'll probably binge this when In Between is complete.EDIT:…
You're going to watch the most cringeworthy BL as reacted to by the most cringeworthy reactor? Yikes! I would need something heavier than alcohol for that.

So Sky tells Moira that her mood swings are "why he loves her."That's a pretty heavy thing to say to someone,…
The problem is that her mood swings from horrendous bitch to unbelievably horrendous bitch, and the way she spoke to Sky's mother was unforgivable, so I've lost all respect for Sky and I hope Ace finds a man who isn't too weak to stand up for his own mother, not this spineless loser.

I'm having a hard time with the misogyny, homophobia, and transphobia. I'm usually so angry by the end of an ep…
it makes sense. It's kind of hard to tell who's trans, who's a drag-queen that we're supposed to regard as playing a woman (what exactly is Miss Becky?) and who's an effeminate man since all the non-heteronormative-behaving men are portrayed as fawning clowns. Contrast that with Jennie in Thai BLs who is never a joke character, and she's both central to the plot and terrifying in 3 Will Be Free.

USA. I know we're less touchy-feely in general than Filipinos, but still, in the workplace, you can't be all over someone you have power over like Jelai does to Jam. Plus, I think if someone in your family has been beaten, is unconscious, sick, & bruised, you might assign that a higher priority than grotesquely flirting with a total stranger who's trying to tend to your brother's injuries.

Just skip Moira scenes and the ads, this drama is quite decent.
I keep getting ads for lesbian therapists, which seems to me to be a major failing in the ad personalization algorythm.

I don't have too much hope for this one, the character of the boss suddenly out of the blue became nice and this…
I find the potrayal of effeminate and trans characters so offensive that I need sedatives by the end of every ep because I'm so pissed off. Jelai and Sky's brother are just plain sexual predators, and the screeching every time Ace is in a scene with a trans character - it's all so cringy and revolting. Everything else I can forgive, but this is a major moral failing in the production, and is spreading incredibly negative lgbtq+ stereotypes to a mass audience.

Ok so are we done with Moira cause lawd she is a hot mess. And I'm still not sure why Sky is clinging to her so…
I'm having a hard time with the misogyny, homophobia, and transphobia. I'm usually so angry by the end of an ep that I want to light things on fire, and I'm not sure that's what they were hoping for in an audience member, and it's not really the mood I'm looking for in my leisure activites.

I don't understand why people are taking out flaws in the series even though it's not completely aired. I mean…
It's a trainwreck, and it's full of incredibly offensive stereotypes. I don't mind if the story and acting get off to a rough start (the acting of the mains is good, so it's enough), but the disgusting homophobia diplayed in the predatory effeminate characters is truly revolting, not to mention the misogyny. I wish it were possible to give something a negative rating, Jelai openly sexually harasses Jam non-stop, Sky's brother is fawning all over Ace, who's trying to tend to his bruised and battered brother, and every trans character screams at the top of their lungs non-stop whenever Ace is nearby. Why can't characters both be effeminate (or trans) and non-ridiculous?

It's a shame, because they two leads are endearing and so cute together.

They saved the show. BRAVO!
They saved the show from... the sin of same-sex love, by not having any? They saved it from offending asexuals? Saved it from being the worst BL on the air by making it 3rd worst?

Ok regarding episode 3. As someone who’s in a long distance relationship for 7 months now, all I can say is…
When you see each other, do you you sit on steps and chat, or do you have your partner naked within 10 seconds of entering the room? I'm curious to hear your reaction to their reunion.

Just so you know, they did kiss (2 times actually) in season 1. And they’ve already kissed in this to.
We mean a real kiss, not barely touching lips while eating a pretzel or sniffing each other.

Cause this is a mainstream tv show, all mainstream tv shows in thailand have limited kissing (when they have),…
The key word is 'limited', not 'zero', and there's certainly no issue with hugs on other shows.

This is the most ambiguous show I have ever watched. I assumed their relationship would progress, but it hasnt.....at…
Mil & Phukong are the only couple with chemistry, largely because Drake can put 100% pure sex into a smirk. I buy Man and Type as a couple that have been together for 20 years and still kind of get along as friends. Bright and Win have zero. Partly because Bright has the personality of a damp cardboard box, but even if they were good actors it wouldn't work because the show is clearly written by asexual philophobes.

Can someone do an edit where it becomes a series which is from 2gether ep 1-7 and then take other episodes to…
I agree you don't have to touch to have chemistry, but you still have to touch at some point, unless you've made it clear that both characters are asexual or have fatal skin allergies and they'd die if they hug. Mil & Phukong haven't touched, but they have way more chemistry.

I really had no plans of watching this at all cause im still bitter about season 1. That being said I always try…
I'm bitter. This has been a waste of time. I think maybe the show is aimed at 12-year olds. Maybe younger than that. Everyone is ranting about the chemistry... If by chemistry you mean filling a beaker with distilled water using an eyedropper, then I might agree. Except that would be more exciting than this. Have you ever been in a new relationship where you've been apart for 2 weeks and then upon reuniting sit on steps and chat? They didn't even have to kiss - but at least run to each other and do one of those spinning around hugs where one of them lifts the other off the ground. Hello Stranger had no kiss, but the absolutely epic hug sold it for me. THAT is how people in love behave.
