This is going to be a good year for us. VOS came out, hopefully the rumour for TEF is real and they just drop in on April 22 then on May Wan Hua starts filming and in summer we're getting Let's Fight 😭
I also hope it comes out because yeah many people like you have the subscription but also because if it comes out anytime later, it will be WEIRD. It's been 2 years, it has to come out otherwise everything will be outdated. I hope Youku can use their brains and just get it over with, so that we move on to JJY's new era completely. TEF cannot be compared with VOS, Lai Zhan and Wanhua. So JUST DROP ITTTT
SWL is popular internationally, but not really in China. He started gaining more popularity after Shine on Me. JJY is still the one who carried this drama😭 To be honest, the story isn't anything groundbreaking, it has all the usual clichés, but this is how this genre works, it can't be helped. It depends on each person, I eat those cliches up anytime, I love them. Some may find them boring and it's normal.
I don't care what they say honestly 😭 And for me, I never had a problem with her previous make-up and acting 🫠 She obviously became better in VOS, but for me she was good already to begin with... Otherwise how did I like her all this time 😭 Let people say what they want, we will be here to explain if we have to. Her acting looks just fine in the clips we got. And the styling is cute too. This obviously doesn't have the same budget as VOS so.
I don't understand why some of you find the ending to not be happy.... You need to look a little bit deeper.
There was no way Lu Wuyi and Ji Ling would be completely happy if they remembered the past.
Lu Wuyi would always think of her sister and how she's never going to see her again in this new world. She will still remember that she's actually not real and just someone made from Jiu Ying.
Ji Ling would also be full of regrets over EVERYONE cuz this is just how he is, especially for what he put Lu Wuyi through lol.
They both weren't truly free in their lives, but now they are. It's a life with no duties, no pressure, just the two of them, being happy together. They both needed this.
Them forgetting eachother, it's okay. Because their souls remember. Ji Ling was selling Lu Wuyi's favourite flowers, and she was holding his favourite berries. They are fated ones. They felt the connection instantly. THEY ARE HAPPY.
It is kind of bitter sweet, but it's more on the sweet side than the bitter one. It's an ending where you need to sit dow a little and think it through.
