You're right BUT he killed Jiu Ying in the past, and Wu Shiguang with Lu Wuyi's help killed Jiu Ying in the future, thus Jiu Ying got erased as well, there are no fragments. Wu Wangyan is alive!

There are no other fragments, if they were, Jiu Ying wouldn't even die, but his body turned to dust. The ending was not an illusion, it's just Ji Ling prevented Jiu Ying from making Lu Wuyi his puppet and that changed a lot. Him and Lu Wuyi ended up in a completely different world/universe, one where only humans existed, no demons and magic. And so, Lu Wuyi and Ji Ling got erased from the "original" world. Wu Shiguang probably remembers cuz he has the power of the dragon, but for the rest, it's like they never met Lu Wuyi and Ji Ling.
