Just woke up… I’m not kidding I had a dream of key to the phoenix heart that apparently after episode 20 Xiao Wuyi went missing after going to war because he fell in a cliff and somehow he ended up in another world (modern era). So Xie Jiayu had to go travel to multiple worlds to find him. And according to her this multiple worlds was created by pig dachu (idk who the fuck that is but he’s suppposed to be a villain 😂😂😂😂). Anyways, so Xie Jiayu went to travel but before that she convinced Li Mao to make peace with Xiao Wuyi, and then Song Weilong and Selena Gomez were even there 😭 So altogether they went to different worlds to try and find their Xiao Wuyi, but everytime they met a different Xiao Wuyi (and one of them was already dating another woman). Meanwhile the real Xiao Wuyi is lost in a village where everyone is wearing modern clothes and I remember he was asking a driver to drive him back to Jiankang. He was still in his historical clothes, lost and injured from war. He was wearing that red robes. Later I woke up in my dream to check if my dream in my dream was real. I checked the episodes on IQIYI and somehow it matched. In my dream, KTTPH turned into fantasy with the multiple worlds/time travel to modern era 😂😂😂😂 Sorry this is totally unrelated to the real show butI just had to share. This is probably because I said earlier I was gonna add an ao3 tag of Xiao Wuyi 😂😂😂
Well i don't think the lack of kissing scenery. But the age gap in real life ,netz were against it .Saying 17…

*PS I am neither. I am still watching because the story is actually interesting and the acting 😍 And I have dropped other hmh dramas before like DY🫣. Kttph is just that good.
I kinda have a feeling why many people don’t watch this great show and why it’s so underrated compared to other ongoing ones. Besides their issue with casting, some dont watch because they know there’s no kissing scenes and therefore not enough romance 😆

I agree, with the part that a lot of cdrama fans want to see kissing scenes not just hugs or forehead kiss. Most cdrama fans go crazy over make out session scenes, especially when it’s in the hot tub 😂 (i’m kind of talking about myself too, yeah i’m one of them). I went crazy for love in the clouds and POB because of those kind of scenes 🥹 but genuinely, i also missed this kind of pure love historical cdrama. Pure love as in just longing gazes, holding hands, hugging, forehead kiss—no making out. It’s like old school vibe, but really brings me back to the past and it feels nice and sweet. Kttph is like a breath of fresh air. And the best part about it is… it actually has a storyline. A storyline that isn’t just about love/romance. 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Me too. I still love this version though. It’s not as bad as I thought it would be. It sounds so close to him that sometimes i think its still him but with sore throat but idk it might just be me

The child is not Wuyi’s. And he had never met the crown princess that’s why . The brother was probably just concerned for the crown princess that’s why he said she missed Wuyi 🥲 spoiler from the actors themselves, xiao wuyi doesnt actually have intimate relationships with his so called wives or concubines. Wuyi also never loved anyone else except Xie Jiayu (the actor clarified in the livestream) but we would have to watch more episodes to really find out about his secret agenda. His other wives are just there to hide his real agenda. For example, he pretended to go to hot springs with his women to hide that he was actually investigating the military weapon case. Other reasons will be revealed later
