These kind of statements are slightly funny from outside korea perspective as this rarely happens this publicly…
Moreover, when it comes to bad comments about actors in Korea, they only become defamatory for these agencies when it appears they have some truth to them... The rest of the time, they just ignore them, like everyone else. So their intimidation tactics, with these statements, are really bad for the actors themselves I think, because it just had fuel to it. And usually, like here, it raises more awareness about the content of these comments and suspicion about the actors.

does anyone know when part 1 became available online after its cinema release? I'm also waiting for part 2, so…
If I'm not mistaken, part I was available online around last summer, so one year after the release.

Haha they need to appeal to certain viewers to build him a fanbase. Wondering how much of a tyrant his character…
The man has been an actor for barely four years, with only two main roles this year and last year in students dramas that were rather short, but has already 1,7 millions followers on Instagram... So I don't think building a fanbase is a problem for him. And Lee Chae Mae didn't show the slightest of his (very good) physique in his last drama, "Crushology 101", a rom/com, that would typically have included a shower or a bare-chested/abs revealing scene usually. That's definitely not the point here. It just goes with the character he will portray in this drama.

Not quite thrilled by the genre (fusion rom-com sageuk), but that first look of Chae Min as king Lee Heon still makes me want to watch it. Looking forward to his interpretation of the character, and Seo Yi Sook as the Queen Dowager too.

I hope his nasty anti-fans will find others purposes in life than just hating on him.
Post reported. You can disagree with others, but you don't have to call them "pathetic" and "hypocrite".

It's written everywhere on MDL : "Please keep things kind and civil."

Irrational and emotional nonsensical ways ? From someone who created this account, just to spread hate on an actor ? Quite amusing.

As I wrote on your other (!) comment, I prefer to be delusional and spread love and support for someone, than being blinded by hate and negative obsession like you. For me, that's your behaviour that is sad, because you have nothing more to do than going on a website, check the comments you don't like about an actor your are obviously obsessed with, to reply aggressively.

You don't have anything better, meaningful and positive to do with your life ? I still wish you a good day, mean person.

Unless you have proofs of your claims, this is defamation.
From someone who just created this account just to spread hate on an actor, it's quite laughable indeed.

I prefer to be delusional and spread love and support for someone, than being blinded by hate and negative obsession like you. But have a good day, mean person.

Sun finally has a new management agency, managementSEESUN (same as Shin Hae Sun), so I hope they will do a better job at promoting him than YNK Entertainment that totally ruined his debut drama with zero promotion at all, and hopefully we can see him playing various roles in more projects soon.

Unnecessary? Are you kidding me? Previous one was 10 YEARS OLD! Man was in his 20s in the old one, he's almost…
I'm not the one who wrote the guidelines. And I'm fine with either profile picture actually. I was just pointing out the constant "accommodations' the staff do with the guidelines they are supposed to follow.
Unless it's a child picture, or he turns grey, they are not supposed to change the picture if the actor is still recognisable. Even with a 10 years gap, the change is not that big that you couldn't recognised Lee Jong Suk in the previous profile picture. That's it.

I liked Roh Jeong Eui and Lee Chae Min a lot in this one, but the story development and the characters were not the best. Too cliché at times for me. And there are so much flashbacks that you can remove two whole episodes... I also think Cha Ji Won was kind of useless to the story ( but of course, as a third wheel, they gave him a replacement at the end...) At least Cho Jun Young and Lee Chae Min sure have the potential to play a great couple in a BL !
Considering how cliché it was, I'm surprised (and a little bit disappointed ^^) that Lee Chae Min didn't flashed his (amazing) body in a shower or silly scene.
Oh and it was worth watching for ISA's "Trace of Stars" too !

That's funny. Totally unnecessary profile picture update. Once again, the guidelines are followed by the staff whenever they want on this website.

Well...
The cinematography was great, with beautiful costumes, set-ups and sceneries, but, to be honest, it's a given for any historical production nowadays, so it's not like it was better than the other dramas, at least for me.
I wasn't very impressed by the acting of the main roles neither. On the other hand, Kim Jae Wook was brilliant, as always. My favourite parts were the ones with Grand Prince Han Pyeong.
I don't know the original work, so I can't tell if it's a good adaptation or, not, but that wasn't very good for me.

One more proof that Japanese dot it better, in general. The subject is disturbing, even creepy, but it is interesting to watch this kind of story, with very good actors portraying the characters. That's definitely not for everybody (and especially people who can't watch something objectively), but I'm glad that there are still dramas or movies like this made nowadays, because it's interesting to see problematic behaviours portrayed on screen.

Calling people idiots for commenting on the very real, documented political situation in the US while claiming…
Typical. You can say what's pointless or not, you can say what's offensive or not, and you can say what's relevant or not but others can't, especially if it's different from your opinion. And of course, you "close" the conversation when you want, after starting it.
That's funny, it's always the same pattern with people like that.
Well, we do agree on one thing at least : "people are allowed to comment what they want".
I never wrote that people can't comment after all, just that the ones commenting with politics essays when the news is only about an actress going to live in the country of her husband are stupid and not interesting here for me, which I can because "people are allowed to comment what they want", right ? ^^
