Well then, don't tell others how they should think about age gap. Because your comments are rude to me from the beginning. You see, you didn't wrote "Me I don't think that 8 years is important or even an age gap" or "Surely everybody is allowed to have a preference and to have an opinion but for me, age is not important, especially these days", etc. If you can't tell the difference between stating an opinion to discuss and impose one's way of thinking on others, well... It's because of people commenting like that that others feel reluctant to even participate.
Look, if you can't accept that people have other opinions than yours and respect them, don't come on the comments section. Once again that's good for you if you don't care about or like the age gap but you don't have the right to tell others how or what to think. You don't have the same cultural, familial, emotional, historical or whatever background (and tastes) of every people, so it's not up to you to decide how or what someone can think about something.
That's your point of view. I don't agree with it. If you're okay with it, good for you, enjoy, and let others think the way they want. But for reminder, even one month is an age gap.... words have a meaning.
I don't really like couples with a big age gap, and I'm not fond of Song Kang, so even before it started I wasn't very thrilled about the drama. However I watch it for two reasons : Park Min Young, my favourite actress ; and Yoon Park, an actor I like very much. Oh and the theme, weather forecast, too. But, well, we are half through the show and I really don't ship Jin Ha Kyung/Lee Shi Woo and except for the weather matters, the story has really nothing special. Not a bad drama, the actors are good, but definitely not a memorable one neither. I don't really expect much more from the second part.
Rather than the accessibility of their kdrama content, I'm not satisfied with how they promote their dramas—which…
Yes I agree with that. I hope it's because it is still new to the platform (maybe they are waiting to see how it goes for "Snowdrop" now that it is released in other regions too) and they will improve that in the future.
This drama is definitely weird, but it's good ! After all it's science-fiction, it not being weird wouldn't be very good. I still like that format of one episode of around 50 minutes per week very enjoyable too. Can't wait for the next episodes.
As a science student who studies physics and chemistry. I am disgusted by this shit. my deepest apology, but this…
Ohlala, you're a science student but don't know what is science-fiction ? Your life must be hard if you get angry at any S-F film/series made in this universe...
People complaining about Disney+ should stop. It has works this way from the beginning of the platform. And having difficulties to watch K-shows when living abroad is something that anybody have experienced since 15/20 years. Yes, there is delay, depending on where someone lives, to watch some of the shows on Disney+, but in the end you can still watch it later (we only just had "Captain Marvel" in France, well, that's veeeeery late but I'm still happy to finally rewatch it). I personally don't have Netflix, well, I find other ways to watch the K-dramas productions of this platform, that's it. And the same goes for other platforms or dramas only aired on domestical TVs. Internet still offers various and easy possibilities to watch countless content so whining over Disney+ is really a joke. Anyway, looking forward to "Big Mouse" and the return of Lee Jong Suk !
Interview for April issue of Webéclat. "Q. 様々なジャンルの作品に出演してきましたが、どのジャンルに面白さを感じますか。また、これから演じてみたいジャンルは? それぞれの魅力がありますね。僕は全部好きです。時代劇も好きですし、アクションも好きですし、ロマンスもヒューマニズムも好きですし。全部好きです。そして、これからも様々なジャンルに出演したいと思っています。最近は、またアクションもしたいし、時代劇も面白そうだなと思ったりして。ロマンスもいいですし。" (Translation: Q. You have appeared in works of various genres, but which genre do you find interesting? Also, what genre do you want to play in the future? Each has its own charm. I like everything. I like historical drama, I like action, I like romance and humanism. I like them all. And I would like to continue to appear in various genres. Recently, I want to take action again, and I think that historical drama seems to be interesting. Romance is also good.)
Are we having a new sageuk with JCW soon, combining a charismatic historical character entangled in powerful fights with a touching and out of time romance ?! That would be perfect. ^^
"Healer", "The K2", "Empress Ki" were his most popular dramas, "Fabricated City", "Warrior Baek Dong Soo" and "Lovestruck in the City" were well received too (this last one being his favourite work as he said in his most recent interview), but it depends on everyone taste of course.
Lucky to play the son of Jang Hyuk's character, it must be a good experience for him as an actor. Looking forward to it, I bet it will be a conflicted father/son relationship, based on the characters descriptions.
Well, at least one more year to wait for this epic adventure. But that's still a good news. I don't understand the speculation around the actors though. It's unlikely that they will change famous actors of a big and popular production like this.
Let's hope for a second season, with longer episodes too maybe.
