I get why you’re frustrated, rules got stricter, so shows like Winner Is King got stuck even if they were already filmed. Winner Is King, Eternal Faith, Immortality are stuck because China tightened censorship after they were made.
If only they released them sooner.
As for Meet You at the Blossom and Kill to Love, they passed censorship because International/overseas releases aren’t under China’s broadcast censorship.

We can’t really blame them, most, if not all, Chinese BL productions have always worked with low budgets. As unfortunate as that is, i’d still rather have just one season than have no BL content from China at all.
I still remember when censorship hit after Addicted, and it genuinely threw me off for a long time. Back then, Japan wasn’t producing BL dramas like that, so it was mostly bxb and mxm novels, yaoi manga, and manhwa that kept me going.
After watching Grey Rainbow i gave Thai BL a chance even though it took a while to really get into Thai bl.
