The actors are not from Hong Kong. Only one from the second couple is from Hong Kong. The actors here are Chinese actors who spoke in Mandarin and their voices were dubbed in Cantonese voice actors.

Imagine shooting a telenovela in Spanish language and they only dub in English.

As i said earlier i would have loved it if it was shot in Cantonese language (and dubbed in Cantonese) than to be shot in Mandarin and dubbed in Cantonese
