My initial anger was with GMMTV. And it still is, when young kids (12-15) age range get themselves in trouble, adults look to the kids caretaker, whom ever that may be.
For mot kids it's thier parents / guardians. But kids in the entertainment industry have many more layers of oversight. Management, advisors, handlers, lawyers, etc.
The adults in his life failed him. The dangers of social media are well documented, especially for youngsters.
There are so many tools available for adults to regulated kids social media activities. The dangers are so serious that some countries have laws limiting kids internet usage. It is so easy to influence young minds. He might not even believe the stuff he was reposting. He could be brainwashed or radicalized. He needs therapy, not death threats, he needs help, not judgment and punishment.
The real culprits are the greedy money loving adults in his life. They didn't protect him. Young people need protection from themselves. They need oversight, guidance and direction. Obviously, that wasn't happening.
No kids in my family or my friends family have unfettered access to social media. Because we love and care about our kids. We recognize the dangers and we don't want them to get in trouble.
Lastly and most importantly GMMTV failed. They owe a duty to all thier internal and external stakeholders. This includes thier employees, entertainers, investors, advertisers, partners, and viewers.
Who vetted him? Who investigated his background? Who offered him a contract? Who gave him a part in "When Oranges Fall"? Who was is manager?
When GMMTV issues a statement saying those people got fired or thier contracts were terminated, then I will be satisfied, that GMMTV is serious about preventing this from happening again.
And taking responsibility for there part of this unfortunate situation. When a company makes the decision to hire kids, make them public figures and make money off them, then they should put the guardrails and safety nets in place to prevent this type of situation and when things do go wrong, have a plan of action in place that not only disciplinary but also compassionate.

I not saying he is developmentally slow. All people his age are still developmenting. He is a kid and kids make mistakes. They do stupid stuff.
If GMMTV is going to hire kids than they should be prepared for and realize that kids will make mistakes.
Suspension snd therapy would have been an appropriate solution, for someone his age.
I bet half of the people clamoring for his demise on the internet have done or said worse.
