This show is not an 8.7. This rating makes MDL a joke. The show is not bad, but it's not an 8.7. In my opinion, this show is going head-to-head with Mr. Fanboy. And Mr. Fanboy is much better. Actually, DMD partners and shows are so much better than GMMTV.

Pit Babe season 1 is amazing it's the beginning of PoohPavel. Season 2 storyline wasn't has good but poohpavel still were amazing. Pavel is a unique bottom because he presents like a top but he is the bottom. So sexy. Ok you guys got me fan girling. Lol

There was no open mouth kissing in ancient Thailand. Or I would be with you 100%. I hate dead fish kisses too. The kisses were a little better by the fire. Lol
Love Destiny is a good series. All the m/m couples have good chemistry. The actors , directing, and overall production is excellent.
Also Leng fits nicely with August. Thier NC scene looked very natural and passionate. Compared to some other series it was modest but the scene had enough spice to make it enjoyable to watch. Decent ROI for my emotional connection with thier storyline.
The only issues is the story is bigger than a 10 episode series. There isn't enough time to tell the story properly. Definitely not enough time to explore anything in the current era. Which could have been a nice twist on a time travel story.
So Gaew wakes up in the future or current time and the story stops right there. Because there is so much story to cover in the past. The writers are trying to cover all the storylines but with 1 more episode to go, screentime is working against them and the series.
AI Flashbacks are ruining an otherwise good series.
Reasons why AI flashbacks are distracting
1. They ruin the suspension of disbelief.
2. They ruin the vibe.
3. They look so childish.
4. They look cartoonish and comical, yet they are very violent scenes.
4. They break the immersion in the show.
5. They are jarring, causing my brain to do a reality check, which ruins the show,
6. Shows that use AI should have disclaimers, so viewers can decide to watch and be prepared if they choose to watch.
7. Using AI assumes that viewers like or don't mind animation, but that is a mistake; some viewers like me don't like animation and don't watch animated shows,
I like shows with real humans, which is what I am expecting to see, which is why I chose to watch this show, so seeing animated characters is very disappointing and not what I signed up for.
