Unfortunately instead of forums the comment section is filled with constant updates of the actors. I was happy…
Ive watched 150 dramas and read their comments and never seen this happen. Is there something special about these leads? Havent even seen her in other dramas
- 19yo FL dates SML in ep 4 but breaks up in ep 5. Don't worry, SML is the greenest SMLA college friend has crush…
thanks a lot for the info. I watched episode 1 already. ouch, FL dating another guy when she already threw herself into MLs arms and said I love you, sounds very annoying :/
omg whats wrong with the comments. I always do research on the comments before starting a show, but its impossible here, all comments are instagram, facebook and twitter links, wtf...
I just finished rewatching it. The first time I watched it, I didnt like the first part, but I liked the second part.
This time, I disliked the first part even more, because knowing what really happened in the past from the start, made me dislike FL a lot.
But.... I also enjoyed the second part even more. The second part of the show is really sweet and amazing. FL, unlike in many other shows, really does redeem herself. She slowly becomes amazing after episode 9, and shows her love so much, that you can totally forgive her annoying first half of the show.
Romance recap- ML likes her since the start- You could say they get really together in episode 7- Like I said…
yep, and it's pretty common in asian romance dramas. for me, one of the requisites of chemistry is that the love display is balanced. when ML clearly shows more love than FL, which is common, I can't feel the chemistry. there are some exceptions tho. I recently watched She would never know" and while ML displays more love, FL is awesome, recognizes it, and never hesitates to say sorry. And an FL saying sorry in a drama.is also rare, it's always ML
She would never know falls flat on all degrees except for her acting. She was really good in it ngl. Especially…
I disagree on everything except this girl being amazing. Just finished She would never know and I loved it. And about twins, she totally looks like 70% Seo Yea Ji (It's ok to not be ok) and 30% Hae Sun (Thirty but Seventeen) to me. If you mix those 2 in those percentajes, you get this girl
Just finished watching it. Loved it. Deserves higher rating. Was sad it ended, but I must admit the ending at…
Bear in mind that the show and their relationship is wonderful. If I would have read this recap, I may not have liked it, with an sML in love with her and a breakup. I hate those things. But no, the show is amazing. So watch it even if you dont quite like the recap.
- At the start, FL is in a (secret) relationship with somebody else - ML likes her and is about to do something about it, but finds out about the relationship - he is devastated, but then finds out that guy is about to marry another woman. I wont go into detail of why, theres more to that story - ML takes FL secretly to watch how that guy and the other girl test out wedding dresses. - now for several episodes FL is mad. Of course with sML, altho she doesnt tell him why yet, and with ML for having intruded - ML confesses to FL and says he is going to protect her, FL says he doesnt have a chance and that he should leave her. ML suggests acting as a couple to get revenge on the other guy - FL rejects it, but things happen, and to help her in a tough moment, he says infront of the other guy that they are a couple. She takes his hand and aknowledges it,. - For several episodes they act as a couple (only infront of sML), and slowly she falls for him. - sML is a an ass to them for some episodes, but he is not a bad guy and seems to slowly accept it and be again nice to them. Later he disappears. - At the end of episode 9 start of 10, they get together. - They are great together. - At the start of episoide 15 she breaks up with him. It's not an angsty breakup, and screenwise also a short one. - She goes work abroad, they try to meet a couple times, but she is always bussy and cant. He says it doesnt matter, but she thinks its not fair for him and says its better to break up. But all this is shown as flashback in 3 quick scenes. Her entire aborad trip and the breakup is shown in like 10 minutes. - She comes back to korea sooner than anticipated because she misses him. He is cordial towards her, but treats her as a stranger. Still, after a few encounters, he says he is open to get back together, yet he is worried the same may happen again so he wants to be sure she means it and says she has to prove it. - We see a couple of scenes of FL trying to do stuff for him and show her love and about at 1/3 of episode 16 they get back together.
It is not only not an angsty breakup, but it helps even out their relationship. ML did everythign for the relationship before that, and this helps level things out and FL starts working on it too. Still, having said this, FL was also awesome before the breakup. Even tho he was clearly more in love, I havent seen an FL so understanding of things she did wrong and so ready to say she is sorry. In most dramas, it looks like only MLs can say sorry. This FL is awesome even while ML shows much more love
I cant pinpoint what exactly made this show so good, but I loved it and am sad it finished.
But isn't this how MLs always fell in love with FLs in k/c dramas? Out of nowhere, for no reason, they fell in…
I get what you mean, but no, this is different. Of course leads are meant to get together and in many romance dramas they just fall in love because of it. Not counting when one likes eachother already when the show starts, which makes sense since things will have happened before, in most show they have moments that make them fall in love, even if it is still too quick if it wasnt a romance show. They may start as friends and we see their friendship develop into love, they may start as strangers, and we see them meet and interact, or they may even start as enemies, and even in these cases we see they have some moments before falling in love.
But in this show, you can rewatch it until the point where they start having feelongs, they dont have a single sweet or even friendly moment until they suddenly have feelings for eachother. Every interaction between them is awekard first because he doesnt want to even be close to her, and then the opposite. DUring the first half, she acts totally fishy and forced (obviously since its a scam) and he is a total ass to her trying to distance himself. And he isnt wrong at that point to act like that, but the point is, nothing happens that would make any of them start having feelings for the other one.
I can asure you Im totally in favour of giving the leads in a romance a "pass", meaning everything should be indeed focused on them getting together. But in this show I sincerely did not dig it. In other shows I have the feeling of "come on, get together alread". I didnt in this one because their interactions were all awekard. Not just at the start like in other shows, but until the point where they finally got together for no tangible reason
In which episode did they get together? In which episode did they breakup and get back again?Any love triangle…
Asking the real questions.
I wish every romance drama had this info available. Each time I finish one, I write my opinion about it, and then in a spoler comment, I always add this info
Just finished it. The show is very good. But the romance... not so much. I just didnt feel the reason they fell…
Romance recap:
They get together in episode 9. Both likeing eachother I mean.
They dont break up, altho one of them tries to... disappear, to save the other one., and then the other one really "disappears" for a while because something happens.
The show is very good. But the romance... not so much. I just didnt feel the reason they fell for eachother. Usually leads have some... moments or nice conversations or something. Here... not so much. They went from one of them avoiding the other, to the other one avoiding the former, with every encounter between them being awkard, not having a single nice conversation... to suddenly being in love.... I just didn't feel it.
Still, the show is very good and a recommended watch.
btw, MLs sister (Bok Dong Hee) is the best character by far. Both the acting and the characters personality are so good
Im loving the show, but one thing keeps bothering me. Why do they think she wants to marry him?
I mean, we know why it is, but why would the family think she wants to marry him? He doesnt treat her right (not blaming him, she is pushing him), even tries to scare her away, they havent had any moments (yet), he is half a drunkard, she rejects money, she doesnt act like she loves him... Yet she insists on marrying him. Theres absolutly no resaon, except the one we know but the family doesnt, why FL would want to marry ML right now.
So if I put myself on MLs or MLs mother shoes, wouldnt I think theres something strange about FL insisting on marrying ML?
I watched episode 1 already. ouch, FL dating another guy when she already threw herself into MLs arms and said I love you, sounds very annoying :/
