But I found her equally adorable and relatable the moment the scene began with her mother, and she was a favorite from that moment forward.

Like fairy tales, IOTNBO might have some dark themes but it is first and foremost a classic love conquers all, good conquers evil story that will end Happily Ever After.
The head nurse is a medical professional, she has most likely given ST a sedative to get KT there, and control MY.

Even though I feel the "Two Sisters" story had more to do with the father ignoring the abuse, I still believe that the head nurse is MY's mom's sister because there is no other way for the head nurse to know so much.

I know that they can all three can love and live together even if MY's mom killed the Moon bros. mom, but I am still resolved to the idea that there is more to the story than we are aware. There are still too many questions.
IOTNBO is such a beautiful drama.

It is raw because it airs in Korea, but IOTNBO is very visual, so it is still very good.

You pay for the VPN service. But since it is televised live streaming you can only watch it while it airs. You can not watch afterward. And if you miss a part, you cannot rewatch it.
And when it lags or freezes you cannot rewatch what was missed.
