Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
Apparently episode 12's name is Romeo and Juliet !!!https://twitter.com/soohyunks/status/1287217224768294912?s=19
Episode Four - "Balcony " Scene at KT's Apt. - Romeo and Juliet.

MY -We look Like Romeo and Juliet Staring at each other like this
KT - You’re Right. The ill-fated mortal enemies who should have never crossed paths
MY- No, They were meant to be. It was fate.
KT- Their tragic fate killed both of them.
MY- Do you know why they both died? Because only Juliet drank the sleeping potion. If they drank it together they wouldn’t have died. So let’s fall asleep together, side by side.

Lol I don't get how if Kang Tae was so miserable living with his autistic brother, he should have put him in a…
Just want to add a bit to what has already been said.
KT was not necessarily mistaken to make sure that he and ST stay together. And they clearly received proper instruction and support for ST over the years.

-Their home environment was designed to facilitate ST living to his fullest potential.
- ST has very strong academic, social, and vocational skills as well as emotional coping skills.
- They showed that ST was enrolled in day activities and classes for adults wherever they lived.
- KT is educated and trained as a health care provider.
- Wishing you had a "normal" sibling when you live with someone with a PDD is extremely common if not expected.
- The misery that KT felt was due to his guilt and not knowing how to break free from the established relationship and patterns of isolation and running. I believe the guilt would have been made worse by leaving ST.
- It is unfortunate that they did not receive counseling earlier to work through their traumatic past, but I don't know that they would have opened up earlier about their experiences as they were so traumatic.

Most importantly, by staying together as a family, they created the foundation of love, security, trust, and stability necessary for them to be able to overcome their issues and move forward together as a family once they dealt with their issues,

EXACTLY. It actually came off a bit creepy. Kids are usually taught report that kind of behavior from adults .

Title It's Okay to Not Be Okay Spoiler
The KT MT relationship transition from KT being the parent/caregiver/role model, to finally getting to be more like other brothers now that ST is an adult, is one of the most heartwarming journeys of this series.

Last week - Working out the traumatic childhood pain and secrets including KT wishing he had a "normal" brother.

KT and ST getting to "have a blast" enjoying their first fight as brothers without KT having to behave like ST's parent and refrain from hitting him back.

KT imagines ST as a "normal" big brother helping teen KT with the girl he likes - teen MY.

ST actually getting to be the "normal" big brother by serving KT, picking up the tab, and giving KT allowance (that gets used for MY - KT's girlfriend )

ST actually helping KT with the girl he likes ( MY ) just like KT had wished for as a teen.

This storyline is unique to dramas in its honest, intuitive, and respectful portrayal of family relationships, especially those with a loved one living with PDD.

My biggest fear is that MY's mom killed KT's mom over something to do with KT coming to the house with flowers for MY.
It is a stretch, but MY had made KT leave her alone to protect him from someone. So it could be either her mom or her dad in Mom's clothing.

If it is one of her parents, Please let MY, KT and ST work it out together without the writers using the Noble…
Exactly. Only I don't think even KT is damaged enough to separate again. They have all grown stronger as characters and they are capable of working this out. I was already annoyed with the last unnecessary separation.
Even if the worst happens, I hope that they work it out as a family.

im also PRAYING for MY'mom not to be the killer of GT's mom. im- i really really hope it doesnt end up like that
If it is one of her parents, Please let MY, KT and ST work it out together without the writers using the Noble Idiocy Trope and having MY leave them. This drama is so much better than that. There should not be any more separations no matter the reason.

I think its because now the fight is more "balanced" and "healthy" for the brothers:)
They actually fought like "normal" brothers just like Kang Tae always wanted. Instead of Kangtae always having to act like a parent and not get to fight with Sang Tae like kids/ siblings. I was so happy for them.

Maybe it's that legendary scene they are referring to that we are to expect in episode 11
Oh I never thought of IU but that would also make perfect sense!

I kind of keep hoping that the "legendary" scene would be a Jun Ji Hyun cameo, but I don't know how that would fit into episode 11.

I honestly haven’t bought merch from any drama but I’m so tempted to buy a Mang Tae doll. T.T
It is not as detailed as the actual doll and the cost is a bit high with shipping for a keychain, so I am waiting just for now.
I am almost tempted to make one if I get time to pull together the materials.
