Really? How is this more Kdrama style? I thought this is kinda typical execution for a Jdorama slice-of-life genre.
It makes sense for this particular drama since they're in the beauty industry. Real Clothes is also like this since the characters work for a clothing company. It all has something to do with the setting. I like that Jdoramas stay realistic with their clothing choice though since their office dramas have the cast wear office attire and not runway clothes unlike in some Kdramas .
I watched this again for the third time, and I just had a different understanding of the message this time around after watching episode 9. It's showing that the decisions that you make in life shouldn't always just concern what's best for your partner or your relationship with your partner, but also, what is best for you. In the end, that's the key to having a successful and balance relationship instead of just always sacrificing for the sake of the other person thinking it's going to be beneficial for him or her.
Therefore, I love how all of them were able to keep their careers and dreams in the end. Nobody changed for the other person, but they just all ended lifting up and supporting each other. I think that's the best definition of partners.
I agree. Usually I like the music from dramas, but not this one. It doesn't make me excited and isn't memorable…
Prison Playbook does though. It's comedy with a little bit of thriller, but if we are talking about mostly thriller, Cruel City has good music too. There's more besides those of course.
- Kikazaru Koi ni wa Riyuu ga Atte- Okaeri Mone (not a romance show but the writing (and chemistry) when it comes…
Oh yes, a fellow fan! We're a rarity, so I usually add fans but you beat me to it haha. I might give Colorful Love another chance then since I remember not continuing it.
4 episodes in plus 5 preview and still dont know how the story will unfold...it is something between FL and kotori...i…
I thought episode 4 pretty much cemented that Kotori has no romantic feelings towards the fl, no? The scene where he decided to give the leads some space when they were playing around with each other after the perverted investor incident showed that he actually knows there's something going on between the two and even smiled afterwards.
Am I the only one attracted by the leads fashion here?
I like how their outfit could either be just casual and business casual at the same time. That mint ensemble from episode 4 with the short sleeve crop blazer paired with the green checkered bootcut pants is the type of outfit I would like to wear both at work and going out. Such a perfect outfit for spring and summer!

Poor dude. ..that's worse than a friend, but hey, you'll never know lol.
