A little anticlimactic but I am sure they did the best they could with short notice ending a week early. I like where they left the main couple. I wish we got more time with Woo Sun's romance. I wish we found out what the college friends were up to. Am I the only one that thinks the friend that doesn't talk to girls ended up with the girl that spilled on his pants? It would be great if they did a special episode later that shows a where are they now with not only his college friends but also the characters from all the previous seasons.
I didn't read her books yet...are they really that good?
Oh, I disagree. I would love to see a version of Persuasion. I absolutely love stolen glances in dramas to show where a character's heart is. There are so many opportunities for this, in this story. Plus, the lead female character is amazing. Cultured, intelligent, intellectual, capable, kind, responsible and modest. She is surrounded by flawed characters. I think it could stay true to the story and without getting heavy.
I'm going to miss Yoon Doo Joon ;/ God's blessings to be over him and protecting him! http://www.dramabeans.com/2018/08/yoon-doo-joon-called-to-enlist-this-week-lets-eat-3-in-talks-to-cut-episodes/
Oh Wow. I didn't hear about that. I hope they have time to resolve his love life, his work life, the side romance, and give us a where are they now bit about his college friends.
Watch It! Then Watch It again! The first time I watched it, I almost dropped it because it was so depressing/tragic in the first few episodes. This drama was recommended to me personally, and they told me it would get better, so I hung in there. I think it is somewhere between the 6th and 8th episode the drama takes a turn for the better. There are so many things I like about this drama, but I honestly didn't notice many of them until my second time watching it. I watched this drama about 3 times before I gave it a score of 10, each time raising the rating a bit. It is very rewatchable. It is my favorite drama performance of Hwang Jung Eum and my least favorite of Bae Soo Bin. What I like about this drama seems to be what you do not like about the drama. These people have a limit of what they are willing to do to get the person they want, gain status, and get revenge. The best moments for me in the drama are when the characters draw the line and say I can't do this. There is also a limit to their guilt/love motivated selflessness and or desire to have the appearance of good. They get to that point where they think they have suffered enough/been punished enough for their sins and decide to pursue their own happiness/desires. I also love how complicated the love relationships are. Maybe I was reading between the lines but I felt there was more than just comfort involved.
Dad style, vintage look, is supposed to be big for fall.
LoL. It is not, figure flattering, at all. I don't need him to wear Pink Chicken style leather pants but maybe at least go untucked, if he has to wear these jeans.
Totally agree. The Taiwanese version It Started With A Kiss along with it's season 2 They Kiss Again are my favorite also. Out of all the actors that played this role, Joe Cheng is the one that stole my heart. Each version has it's own charm. I have loved almost every drama version of the Itazura Na Kiss series. Others worth watching are: Mischievous Kiss Love in Tokyo and MSLIT2 (Japanese 2013 version with Furukawa Yuki), Kiss Me (Thai 2015 version with Mike D'Angelo), and Playful Kiss (Korean 2010 version with Jung So Min).
I have to say that I disagree. She likes him and wants to be friends with him. He has a momentary crush that is…
She didn't really reject him. She said they don't suit each other. He said he would put effort into making her like him and asked if it was the age difference. To that she revealed that she is a divorcee. and that she didn't suit "someone like him"(meaning as a divorcee, she wasn't good enough to be a match of a young rich successful never married man like him) and "so don't make a wrong choice. It is clear you will regret it". As soon as he heard she was in the hospital, he didn't care about any of it and ran to see her. He clearly isn't going to give up. I am worried that she will attempt to push him away again and next time she will say something hurtful to him. It looks like they will soon be working together again on Dae Young's project.... I am crossing my fingers that something cute and romantic happens with those two kids.

I really hope she isn't going to use the cruel method with Woo Sun, because I think it will permanently break him. There is a reason why "let him down easy" is a phrase. Some people would be emotionally scarred by the quick band-aid method. Woo Sun seems pretty fragile.
"Lovely, Horribly" WHAT a HORRIBLE Name, Korea Please STOP!!!!! giving these shows shitty names. I will Always…
Sometimes shows have different names on different sites... depending on who has translated it. I have come to really love the weird titles though. I have a theory: The really cool shows that are popular in Korea do not have to try hard to get attention. So my theory is that those shows that do not need to try hard are more likely to have a literal translation. Shows that are less popular will need help getting attention, so the people translating them will paraphrase to make the title make sense in English. I might be completely off base, but it always seems like the stranger the title, the more I like the drama ;)
episode 6 when Careless Whispers started playing for the seduction music, I busted out laughing. I love that Lee Gi Kwang is the second lead in this!!! So Adorkable . What is with those high waist pants though. I feel like he is wearing Dad jeans or something.
too much angst....lol....It is true...it's more cruel to say that you like someone, but only want to stay as friends.…
I have to say that I disagree. She likes him and wants to be friends with him. He has a momentary crush that is likely to pass quickly. He isn't really being "rejected" 8 times, he is being told she values him as a friend 8 times and that she is not interested in more. I think she has been clear without being hurtful. If it really was holding him back from moving on, then they might have to have a talk, but this guy isn't turning away other opportunities for her. I do like LYS. I acknowledge that the guy following her around was not easily discouraged. I also don't believe he had pure motives. He liked her looks, not HER. In her way, she may have felt like she was doing him a favor... but that is definitely not the way to handle everyone.
I haven't watched Drinking Solo, but this is also my favorite season of LE. I really like the more in-depth characterizations…
You should give Drinking Solo a try, for sure. I originally watched a few minutes of the first episode and it didn't draw me in, so I dropped it. Later, it was personally recommended it to me by a dramafan friend, so I gave it another try. I ended up loving it!
Watching episode 12 and I am kind of horrified at what Dae Young and Woo Sun are eating. raw hamburger, raw egg and live octopus all in one sitting. I am not an adventurous eater to begin with. This meal is too much for me.
I am wondering if he is consciously into her romantically or if he really is thinking of her as a friend, at this point. He did specifically say they were friends. It is clear that he is being jealous over her. I thought it was so cute when he told her not to tell her birthday to the TA either... when she refused to tell him. I can't believe up to ep 8 and there still hasn't even been anything like an accidental kiss.
Well I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If they genuinely think he has poor acting skills they…
I really like Im Soo Hyang's style of acting. I actually only gave this drama a chance because she is in it and I have liked her in past dramas. I think she is playing low self esteem/awkward/nervous very well. This is my first time hearing of/seeing Eun Woo. It is too early for me to judge his acting. I don't think he is terrible. I thought the scene with his father was ok. Unfortunately the role he is playing is someone that does not share his feelings, so I am afraid he may not have the opportunity to show a bigger range of emotion. Will wait for the first kiss to decide if the chemistry between the couple is good or not... kind of disappointed we didn't even get an accidental kiss in ep 8. Not even an arm around her under the umbrella!
why does this drama take so long to get subbed compared to other popular airing dramas like 30 but 17, voice 2,…
With Viki, it depends on the team that is subbing them. Some teams are on it and it is subbed within an hour or so.... and others take up to a week. At least you can watch before the subs are done. On Dramafever, I have been very impatient to see the new ep of My Id is Gangnam Beauty. I am hoping they will post earlier today. I am in EST time zone ... and it has been posting quite late at night.
Glad to see I was not the only person who loved Taoba Yu from Princess Weiyoung/ Vanness Wu. I was certainly not shipping him because he was a bad guy... but he certainly had a charm. I would love to see him as the leading man next time.
It would be great if they did a special episode later that shows a where are they now with not only his college friends but also the characters from all the previous seasons.
