I will give you, that it is nothing new. girl dressed as a guy is not new. palace politics are not new. Up to episode 7, I might have even agreed that there was nothing special about it. Not now though. This confession surely has gone down in kdrama history along with other greats, like "Game Over".

My first thought is that he is happy that his advances are not completely unwanted. Of course, that opinion could go whether he knows she is a girl or not. Imho, it is not as meaningful if he already knows she is female though.

Wow. When I looked at the pic, but somehow not through any of the episodes, I realized where I know him from. Modern Farmer. The characters are so different. Long hair suits him.

Seriously! Have I died and gone to kdrama heaven? Not one confession but two! The puppet scene brought me to tears. It could not hold a candle to the sweet manliness to come. When she said "it's something you should never ever -" and he cut her off to say "Yes, I know. But... I am going to try it. That bad Love! " OOOOOOOO I melted. I am done. I don't know how anyone could ever top that confession scene, ever!

I read an article, before mab aired, about it being a copy and why it was an immortal rather than an alien etc. Truly, in this day and age, anyone can write anything on the Internet ... But I'm still inclined to believe the story/plot is based on mlfas. The novel was written after mlfas aired. Mlfas was huge in China. The book that mab was inspired by was more than likely "inspired" by mlfas. Especially since China does not consider "borrowing" other people's intellectual property a crime.

I missed the double meaning in that one. lol. love it. I am starting the book now. I have to get all the missed back story on that adorable couple now that I know.

thanks for the info. I needed to have that confirmed. So many Asian dramas only tease it and then make you feel stupid when it turns out to be a misunderstanding.

Totally agree. Boss & Me is adorable. It made me want to look for other adorable Chinese dramas... I have since watched My Amazing Boyfriend (which I was also interested in because it is based on the Kdrama My Love From Another Star) and now this one. All three were really good.

What WHAT? I thought they were just teasing a gay situation (as many Asian dramas do), but were going to reveal at the last minute that K.O. was really Mr Beauty's older brother. Now I am really wondering. Did I fall asleep and miss a few important minutes? I seriously feel like I need to go back to the beginning to re-watch. I need to know. This is too exciting. Was the phrase translated into English as "I am coming in the back door" also suggestive in Chinese? I thought it was just an unfortunate translation. If they were a couple, why did Mr Beauty still seem clueless? ...and doesn't that make K.O. kind of a creepy stalker?

Is it adblockplus.org, getadblock.com, download.cnet.com, or something else? Since I am already afraid of getting a virus/spyware/malware, I have been too afraid to download one of these. At least without knowing which one worked for others without issues.

omg. Thank you for posting this link. I am usually very afraid of following these links due to past experience. I am desperate, because I am dying to see episode 7. It is so nice to follow a link and Not have your computer freeze up from pop up ads. Two Thumbs Up! Yay.
