What a powerful start😍 baba absolutely nailed it as deng yan the intensity, expressions, and overall look were spot on. I also read that she underwent police training for the role, which really speaks to her dedication and how seriously she takes her work. As for Jin Shijia, he never misses in these kinds of roles. He's so effortlessly natural that even after watching him in UTS 1–2, where he played a similar character, it still feels fresh and captivating. The entire cast is so good, including the supporting actors. That scene in Episode 1 where they were beating the kidnapped girl and baba felt incredibly realistic and emotionally intense. Overall, it's a strong start with a great flow I'm really excited to see how the story unfolds from here.
Okay, I saw this tiktok and kind of tried watching this drama, and tbh, it's good considering an amateur did all the production and stuff. Also, the actors are amazing. The direction is a little on the faulty side, but it's alright and bearable. I watched all five episodes in one go and it's really hard to wait for the upcoming episodes.
I read people questioning the ml's acting like c’mon people, don’t you know what enigma is?? enigma literally means something hard to understand or explain; it's all about the mysterious entity himself. And also about how manipulative he is. What else do you want? He did all for the mc. There’s this part about rp’ing ssy in the novel, but it was because of his heat and mate-seeking behavior like, if he’s powerful, then his heat cycles are powerful too. But later on, he still prioritized ssy above everything. I know many people are into the 2nd leads storyline, but in the novel, it was really unbearable to read, tbh. I hope they’ll ease their storyline a bit. Overall, these four actors got a new fan for sure.
