But some actors/actress including park eunbin can sing and dance. they usually perform in their fan meeting event or something like that. maybe they're trained too to polish their raw skills but not at the extent like they trained professional singer and dancer since they need to focus on their acting. you can watch park eunbin dancing to IVE's song on youtube and she nailed it.

I think he pretends not to know her. like you said he's a lieutenant, he must hava a hunch if his instinct works. and it looks like he's close with his sister. if he can acknowledge maeng #3 sister as hwa rok for only had 3 brief encounters, there's no way he wouldn't notice his own sister.
