I love to learn the dynamic of Ryang Eom's character. And I can relate to him. But it's also understandable for gil chae's decision. Knowing her guts, it's impossible for her to swallow her pride in front of the man she left behind. I can't even imagine myself doing that.

How can she do that to him too? After what she did to him, she can't bear to use him even if it's just for a simple favor. Let alone saving her from a tyrant's palace. Knowing that the worst scenario, she may as well put him in danger.

Apparently, the unconditional love whether it's romantic or platonic goes like this, ryang eom => lee jang hyun => gil chae => yeonjun

I was a bit disappointed at jang hyun regarding that knife too. And I I agree that ljh at least needs to be open with ryang eom about his feeling to gil chae. Because ryang eom couldn't understand it until recently. Actually he doesn't have an obligation to explain that, because it's his private matter. But they understand each other everything except for their hearts. They don't talk about what they feel which caused a gap of understanding between them.

I share the same concern bout that scene too.

Tagon and Eunsom are different. Young Tagon was the mastermind of the mass neanthal genocide. Eunsom doesn't have a spirit to do that. Their roots are different.

To put it simpler, let's see it from Yangcha's point of view. He was a loyal subject of Tagon, and he even didn't agree with how Tagon leading the world.

Oh no, apparently they'll let momo join the show near at the last minute when everything's settled by Eunsom. Just like in the first season.

I get that momo live at the farthest end of the continent. So the news about the death of their people needs months to travel. And ago tribe doesn't have a time for that. But maybe they can use the stream, river, whatever the flowing water they can find despite that one blocked by Tagon. Like sending a message in a bottle.

Remember all the water is connected. And using water may go faster. Although if it ever happens, it will take another months for momo to arrive. But at least maybe they still can get some crumbs of the war left.

I wish we could see more of momo tribe. All the tribes who have join the kingdom seem pretty materialistic and greedy. But I love momo tribe. They're still authentic to their core. I especially I really like their wisdom "All the water is connected."

Besides the neanthals, momo tribe is like the most beautiful creature on arth. Their soul is beautiful. I know momo tribe is saram, but they're different. They're connected to the nature. Even Igutus who have mixed blood, inherit that desire and greediness in them from human.

Yes, I believe so. The least I can remember is it happened when they were spying Khan. LJH got tortured and they showed us ryang eom's back story on why he couldn't let jong hyun die. JH kinda saved him at some point when he was a preteen. The description wasn't vivid, it's only glimpses of them together but I got that impression.

But I'm not sure about the timeline. It could be when they first arrived at Simyang too.

I got the same confusion but then I saw his dialogue. Because he wanted himself to be someone unreachable for her to miss him. Just like how yonjun was out of her reach and she kept yearning for him.

That's cruel, but in his defense it's his last hope. Because he assumed that she didn't accept him due to he kept clinging on to her. So he wanted to give her a space to think about him without forcing her feeling by his presence in her life. Once he came back and she's ready, they could start their life together.

But he didn't know that it would take that long. He wanted to explain the reason of his mia because he was imprisoned and almost beheaded by the Qing but she didn't give him a chance to talk any further because of the situation she's already dealing with. In her defense, it would feel like he's just making excuses. Even if he had good reasons, it didn't matter anymore because she already received the gift from another man, meaning she's married.

The director seems a pretty fun person to work with. I watched their bts when the peasants are farming in my dearest part 2 and I love his energy. He literally rocked it.
