the investigation is getting nowhere. all of the suspects become the victims. bong yebun missed every important moment to use her ability. at this point, the woman detective's talents can be more useful than this psychic thing.
and detective moon is more invested to use psychic than bong yebun herself. he's using her and gwangsik. but he's not using it effectively too. he's also the witness, but he didn't ask bong to see if there were more clues of when he fought the killer.
this special ability can be very helpful actually but it also can get them lost because they access something than normal human can't do. everyone has an ugly side, and when they see their hidden memories, they suspect everyone.
maybe we can just forget a moment about psychic. who knows that instead of it's helping the investigation, it's leading them far from the killer.
just like what sunwoo said, "there are many things that you can know even without touching someone's butt." if a civilian managed to get the evidence without psychic, then the detectives should do better. moreover there are two different teams doing the investigation ðŸ˜
just use normal methods to do the investigation. moon jang yeol can use his knowledge, skill, experience and instinct as a detective rather than depend on psychic.
do they even locate the actual crime scene of when gwangsik was attacked?
they don't take a sample of the blood on sunwoo's hand. even if he's not the killer, most likely he had a physical contact with him. it can be detective moon's blood, the killer's or gwangsik's. if they don't have an access to the forensic, they can ask the detective officially in charge for the case. they can work together. as much as they don't like them, those detectives are determined to catch the killer too.
What if at first there's no a third psychic? Gumsik and dr bong gained a power because they touched geumsil. But the other person only stand from a far. Geumsil is the one struck by a meteor. Imagine if gumsik and dr bong have special talent just by touching geumsil's body, what kind of power does geumsil have?
Maybe geumsil is currently under the possession of the killer. And through geumsil, he can access everyone's memory even without touching them. He just needs to touch geumsil.
I just gotta say…. Maybe I’ve lost my mind and logic has left this earth………..Everyone knows the Serial…
He's been calling her all day but she was imprisoned. I agree that he should have met her the next day but maybe he was in a hurry. He wouldn't contact any detective because they already suspect him. He was officially questioned once and they had a warrant so he couldn't trust them. If he showed up with a knife covered in blood people wouldn't believe him. Moreover if he didn't have other proof to support his testimony.
Maybe he wanted to prove that he's innocent that's why he's doing the investigation by himself.
But you're right that there are indeed some questionable rooms. Like why they don't have a night patrol in the area when there's a continuous case?
And I get that gumsik had a special talent that worked on his favor. But how come sunwoo worked ahead of the detectives? He found the evidence before them. He's smart but he's just a civilian. The detectives need to work smarter.
Wait, I begin to doubt the shaman because all the clues are pointing at him and it's so obvious. We had the same thing with assembly man, dr jung, gwangsik and sunwoo before. Where the suspects become the victims.
Plus, I'm not sure about the timing related to the assembly man's case. It's proven by two persons that mr shaman seen at sunwooo's workshop around 8. From there to assembly man's office took 30 minutes. So ot will took him another 30 minutes to go back. And he was sleeping on the couch when sunwoo arrived at 9. Detective moon mentioned that 10 minutes was enough to time to kill. But the shaman didn't have a time to kill two persons even if he was at the assembly man's place.
And if the shaman is not the culprit, by looking at the pattern, most likely he will be the next target. 2 episodes are enough to give the casts suspecting the shaman and then for the killer to do the next hunting.
If sunwoo survives even if he didn't saw the killer's face maybe he can give the clue on what he did when he had blackouts. That will explain about the killer's trick.
At this point I'm positive that the killer is the shaman. And sunwoo accidentally touched him that's why he had blood on his hand. He kind of came to a realization when detective moon asked about it. But he wasn't sure so maybe he wanted to confirm it himself by looking for the knife. He was about to tell dr bong and showed her the knife but the shaman was there too.
Plus gwangsik seemed uncomfortable when the shaman cried over dr jung. That was even before gwangsik saw that the shaman tried to kill assembly man cha. He was uncomfortable because of the blackouts. But at that moment he hadn't figure out the cause so gwangsik didn't mention about it.
All this time, gwangsik and sunwoo were investigating the case on their own while they were accused as the suspects by detective moon.
Maybe it's indeed the shaman. But it's not the shaman himself. Maybe he doesn't even know that he's doing it. Because General Macarthur possessed his body. That'll explain about the blackout. He doesn't have to cover his eyes. And maybe I'm thinking a little too far. I don't think that makes sense but this is fun lol
It’s a cute series but ( and maybe I m one of the few) I find it annoying when Miss Bong a vet in her 30s has…
What do you think people on their 30s will look alike? Even in reality someone more naive than her does exist. The idea of the age 30 may sound old to younger people but when you're at that age or closer to 30, you'll realize that time flies so fast and you don't change that much. I get that other people may don't share the same thoughts.
You're still entitled to your feeling tho, I don't take that from you. If you find her annoying, your feeling is valid. That's just how you feel about her character.
When they first met and sunwoo said "your mom must be a good person" left an impression on me. He said it like…
Usually if I can't find the answer from the story, my cheating code is by looking at the casts and their roles on mdl or asianwiki. But this time I really can't think of anyone except for suho. But I'm just not sure...
If it's not him, it's possible when the culprit is not the leading role or a supporting role. A character we can't think of, like a cameo or something. Or it's one of the leads, but they just have something like DID/multiple personality. That'll explain about the blackout.
When they first met and sunwoo said "your mom must be a good person" left an impression on me. He said it like it didn't mean a thing but I don't think that's the case.
Let me try to connect the dots. It felt like he really knew her mother in person. His mom was also from the town. And it looks like he's investigating the assembly man just like her grand pa.
So maybe he's up to something. He's indeed mysterious. But I doubt that he's the killer and the psychic.
But the clues are pointing at him. And I'm not sure with the list of the suspects. And if there's a possibility that it's someone we didn't think of, I wonder did I miss something?
I want to thank you for the recommendation. This is definitely a lit. Why did I held myself to watch it 😠lol.Anyway…
The plot isn't as solid as this one. Designated Survivor is too phenomenal 😠It can't be compared to this. But the Guardians is also a good piece of work.
Just like Ji Chang Wook's drama, Healer, involved the help of a hacker and stuff, but the executor is a woman like Han Na Gyung.
Anyway how were you coping after watching this? I can't seem be able to move on and I have issues to focus watching other drama ðŸ˜
Romance is not the focus, but it contains around 0,000001% of romantic element. I found the little romance was…
They don't really give that much of screen time to the romance 😂 It was brief but carried so much emotion I think I did cry a little, not because it was tragically sad tho but because it felt so real and I got too much excited lol.
Is it okay for you if I tell you that? I'm afraid it will be a spoiler. The clue is, the first male lead is already married, so it's not him 😂
Is this just as good as the first season? Or any changes in direction? It didn't get "boring" with too much talking…
It can be biased, but for me I enjoyed this more than the previous season. I don't recall with the reference of the too much talking tho. Or maybe there were many talking but I just didn't take it as that much of it.
I can feel more emotions and character development in this season. The previous season focused on the bullying conflicts and it's a solid base in order to build the second season.
If there would be a season 3 I wonder whether they want to expand the DP universe.
In Crash Landing on You and Snowdrop I learned that North Korean men served for 10 years, maybe more. And from 6/45: Lotre Landing on You movie, women had to fulfill the military duty too. Involving a NK defector-deserter would be a though fight. Plus I'm not sure if it's on the job desc of a dp. But that would be interesting if they manage to put it on the menu.
I remember Son Sukku served his military duty in Iraq. So I imagine there's a room to explore in that area if it's possible. Having a deserter in another country may cause an international conflict and the dp boys will be facing a high risk to fulfill the task.
I'm aware that in a foreign country setting place, requires a lot of homework to do. A simple missing piece can make the vibe of the drama a little off. But if they are able to work on it, that would be so great.
And did I miss it or they really hadn't mentioned about the privilege people who faked their medical records to get away from the duty? Like those celebrities, son of rich people and corrupt politicians. It's a strong sentiment in South Korea. So I think this can be one of the solid domestic conflicts.
Aaa thanks for saying that <3 Ikr, that's not perfect but it's not a problem. I would love to see another season too. There's a potential to be explored further.
Any drama recommendations where I can find a character like Han Na Kyung played by Kang Han Na?Like a brave female,…
I want to thank you for the recommendation. This is definitely a lit. Why did I held myself to watch it 😠lol.
Anyway have you watched Lookout (the Guardians)? Just in case if you're still in the mood of this genre.
It's a criminal law action revenge plot drama. Lee Siyoung was so cool playing the character. She was a police officer who once framed of something and became a fugitive. She investigated the cases while on the run with the help of a misterious informant and a squad. There're so many action scenes.
