Ahhh I’m not on Twitter anymore but I know my friend posted it once! If you search “European man shoots his shot” with Krist’s name it should come up. He and Singto were waiting for a flight and a white dude went up to Krist to ask what all the fans were for. It’s really cute. :)

No one on Earth loves “SOTUS” more than Krist.

Also when everyone was losing it over that European model flirting with Est, all I could think about is the European guy who lowkey flirted with Krist in an airport and Krist recommended “SOTUS” on Netflix to him. Like, Krist really is one of the most bizarre choices to slander as homophobic.

He was on the cover of Attitude, the planet’s biggest gay magazine, twice. With Singto. In very suggestive poses.

He called his love scene with Gawin in “Be My Favorite” “art.”

So like. 🤷🏻‍♀️ At this point, it’s parody to say he was ever homophobic.

I saw that the book was written during the series’ first draft, so I’m not sure anyone’s said what percentage exactly, but since they rehauled the script later, it’s possible big swaths of it are different. 👀

A side example that was an actor’s choice: apparently in episode two when Tam is making Pathapi’s coffee, the novel has Pathapi accept and drink it, but Krist decided that would mean Pathapi is accepting Tam, so he chose not to.

A few of the actors in the BTS said Lit was very receptive to feedback in developing their characters, and Krist said there’s a lot of adlibbing being done, so it’d be fascinating to find out once it’s over what’s scripted and what isn’t. 👀

I'm the same. I only only watch 2-3 Thai BL series a year because they seem determined to churn out dozens and dozens assembly-line style and of course quality suffers as a result. I followed The Ex-Morning closely because I love KristSingto and I'm invested in their comeback doing well, and so far everything I've heard has made me really optimistic about the rest of the series. :D

Think of how Lit feels directing their comeback when he was the one to direct the series that launched them to stardom. He’s seen their enormous growth as actors and people, and he was entrusted with their return. Everything about it just makes my heart warm.

You’re gonna love the ending, I feel. :) I won’t say any more than that, but I was following the production posts by the crew, and their last Q was…incredible. They really made sure Peraya would be obsessed with this series just as long as we waited for them. ;’)

I made this! A mutual on Tumblr translated some of those older interviews recently for a gifset and I realized it would be the perfect opportunity to sub the videos themselves and stitch them together so interfans and domestic fans alike could look back and realize how much they’ve been through to get where they are now.

I made a thread debunking the homophobia allegations against Kit back in 2022, but I always knew it was lacking a lot of information because so many KS things are still unsubbed. Even when I was making my Twitter thread I spent hours tracking down photos and quotations. The information IS out there, it just isn’t easily accessible, so I’m always trying to make it easier for interfans especially to understand who they are. 💖

I’m seeing people saying it’s a site issue but back in 2020 there were fans of a certain pair who started a hate campaign against SOTUS and KristSingto because they were being recommended highly to new fans. So it could be that again. I’m hoping it’s just the site, though.

I was already sure this will be good, but KristSingto saying Lit was a collaborative director with them and took their opinions to heart boosted my confidence and then Kit saying he and Aou are so comfortable acting together they used the script more like bullet points made it astronomically higher. You only do stuff like that when you REALLY trust your team.
