For the way Vigilante was hyped and got so many people hooked I myself couldn't really wrap my mind around why.... I respect that people like it, however I think the rating it gets is a little too much for what it deserves. In my opinion it was very flat and underdeveloped. So if you enjoyed this drama more than Vigilante in certain aspects, and disagree with the same people who watched both dramas whose priorities are reversed, that represents a little hope for me 😅
My actor here is Son Suk Ku, but thanks for the other actor's recommendation too, this is going to be my first time seeing him! 😊 I plan to start tomorrow, so after I'll have made some conclusion, I'll be glad to let you know😇🙏

I'm on episode 10.... one (surprisingly) thing I don't understand ....
Why did nobody show Si Ho what Ok Eul Tae looks like? He walks straight to the house and she has no idea until later who she's talking to... after 10 episodes?. If there's someone out there who's this dangerous, first thing I do is show everybody in the house what he looks like, especially since I am in possession of multiple pictures from his past life.... Nothing difficult . But to the overall plot that might be just a detail.

That reminds me of the times when I was a kid. Each time I watched a foreign movie dubbed into my native language and the characters were traveling to somewhere and then asking the locals "do you speak english? aah great!" and I couldn't absorb why the hell are they talking about English when they speak my language? At that time I was too young to understand that the content of their lines is according to the country of origin and ethnicity of the characters and even when dubbed into French or Chinese, the lines would still be "ahh you speak english!" cause the main characters ARE English speakers😁 Oh my confusion back then.
It's similar here. Imagine as if all the non-asian characters were Portugese but their lines were dubbed to English, just like the other comments say.
I'd like to add this is something the American show Warrior did very well. Main characters are Chinese and of course, all the actors have lines in English. But they add a few scenes where they make a switch between the languages in a way to make it clear that this whole time they're speaking Chinese amongst each other, only for us audience it's English. So later when a Chinese asks another Chinese "you speak damn English?" and he asks him IN ENGLISH, it's not weird. 👍

At first I was convinced 2ML is only chasing after her out of friendly curiosity for his friend – because he could clearly see that 1ML is into her but won't admit it. So I was under the impression that 2ML wants to start circling around her to make his friend (or as others say partner) grow some balls and be proactive about liking her. Something like "dude, how long do I have to pretend that I wanna steal your girl until you do something, wake up?" Only later on I realized that it's simply his inferiority complex and subconcious issue of wanting to level up to 1ML. Even though he doesn't hate him strictly, but feels insecure next to him, clearly. The 1ML said it well in the first episode: "You want attention?" . I don't think 2ML likes FL as much as he rather feels like he needs to manifest himself somewhere just for the sake of it. Yup, sad.

I wouldn't mind this being here as much specifically BECAUSE the cast is mostly Japanese and they speak Japanese half the time, it doesn't matter much to me. Certainly better than having One Piece here which is fully American and only has Japanese origin (and Mackenyu of course...) 😁

No production deserves such low rating. Somehow it exists, but it's really unfair to all the people who worked on it. The script may be bad, budget low, acting sucks, but there were still many other people working on it and who's to say they didn't do their best. I really never want to go that far with my rating and don't support other people doing it :/

(I mean is everybody crying and having this full package painful past just for the sake of having a full package painful past and everybody is constantly miserable for the sake of misery) – even though maybe it's hard to tell after one episode 🙊 I didn't find the "melodrama" tag or genre (never sure which one it counts as) in the synopsis.
