What a perfect rom com!!!
Intelligent and with ALL the ingredients that make it sparkle and giggle!

I watched it many years ago and returned to watch Namkoong after bingeing on My Dearest!!!

So this is actually my second watch.

I am recalling a lot of the story as I watch but cannot remember the details

He slayed that role in My Dearest 🩷
I think the best in his acting career

I gave UD a 9/10 back then .. and it won’t be less than that this time too - I think

Because if it IS a filter and knowing the outcome as HE is usually very important otherwise one ends up a sobbing wreck or furious when after a long poignant heartbreak story arc that doesn’t lead to a relief - it’s top criterion 😜

I’ll do you a favour by keeping it unknown because often I was soooo glad I didn’t look at the last page - it would have lost the SWEET SPOT - the pleasure kick that comes because our tension was so high from NOT knowing where it will lead.

You hit the perfect spot with that observation of why it’s was stinker last 1/4th of the film.

I can’t get the foul taste of the movie out of my head at the end.
