phew I hear you TOTALLY!

Recently I was watching an EXCELLENT drama that began with such speed and oomph .. and then as you said it began to DRAIN ME!!!

Literally had NO energy to go to the next episode ALTHOUGH I DID DID want to know what happens next .. it's the STYLE in which the eps swing you to the next eps MATTERS!!

Out of Frustration I jumped to the LAST EP to see who was where and lightly backtracked .. it could easily have been a 12-16 ep Kdrama .. tightly woven and added greater oomph to the lead Female ..

Anyway .. I was talking about BOSSAM : Steal the Fate
WHAT A tragic waste ALL because of pace and lack of ep to ep hook after the first 6-7 eps .. which had decent pacing

sad for me ..
I hope I find on an international platform with Eng Sub

Kudos to you that you managed to LIVE through the CRINGE NUKES .. I was fried and left the building LOL

I have NO idea why they didnt get a young actress to play that role - I heard that the ScreenWriter WANTED it with this elderly aged actress doing the teenager role ..

Slaying the sly - smart ass role .. the thinking on his feet and pulling all those stunts .. mmmm YUMMMY

But SIGH the FL killed it each time for me

I also LOVED the bad ass in this drama TRTS - Madam Zuo (the widow) .. she is damn gorgeous and so SLY and has the SMARTS!!!

I didnt mean the Character arc of the FL's role .. BUT the ACTRESS herself .. she does not sail my boat AT ALL

DEAD FISH and I couldn't get behind her at all ..
The second Lead FL actress is FAR more expressive and IMHO would have suited the Lead FL role way better .. she has better acting chops ..

Look at how good Madam YU is .. phew .. you can absolutely see her slay the role

Imagine I'd have to watch that Grade D acting of LEAD FL to this end pf a badly deteriorating story LOL

I am watching ONLY for the strong story now and the ML and his team mates .. Madam Yu is BRILLIANT .. and in fact the Widow Grand-Daugter - in - law has more fire spunk and rage and smarts in her than this Lead FL

Weeping in dismay .. I will end up withdrawing unless Main FL starts to evolve some solid micro-expressions and body language that is the trademark of a star acting talent
