What is Zhang Wan Yi's appeal? His acting skill? His visual (features)? His character in this drama?
Is his acting and role making viewers squee and faint with delight? Are viewers breathlessly waiting to watch his expressions speak? His eyes, brows, lips emoting effortlessly?
Is he swinging his role out of the ball park?
Just curious .. if his acting is doing justice to the Stellar Story and plot of the drama ... to the exquisite acting of WCR who is slaying it .. as viewers watch her hungrily in every scene .. witty .. sly .. smart. brave ,, sincere .. kind .. upset .. suspicious .. furious .. All that is VISIBLE on her face.

I laughed so much and chuckled .. very unusual drama .. and her role was YUMMY no kidding

NEVER GONE was one such drama which gave me tummy upset. The scriptwriter sure knew how to wank my chain, with the way she wrote the FL and the FL-ML dynamic. ROFL

This one I recall feeling a little 'bored' (?? ) It was long ago .. I remember I watched .. put on hold .. then watched again and finished.
I probably need to revisit to recall some of it. I gave it a high rating ... so I must have come away with a pretty decent impression and 'feels'.
DRAMA is SO SO majorly about the 'feelz' it leaves you with.
I don't know whether Dylan is better than Chen or Chen is better than Dylan, all I know is they both killed it…

Guess what .. a year ago I couldn't bear to watch Season 2 EVEN though I was DYING to know what happens after that cliffhanger ending of EN1.
I had NO CLUE who Dylan was .. and 10 min of Ep 1 made me miss CFY SO MUCH.
BUT since then I watched Dylan in his other dramas .. and IMMEDIATELY I realised he was one skilled actor .. and I decided to rewatch EN1 (just last week - after ONE FULL YEAR since last watch) and continue on the momentum to DIVE into EN2 and TRUST Wang He Di to DO HIS MAGIC.
It worked. He was different BUT he WAS BRILLIANT - HE SLAYED IT TOTALLY.
Am SO SO glad that the 7.7 didnt stop me .. nor the change of cast.
I agree with you .. I WEPT SOBBED CHOKED WAY MORE than I did in EN1 (which BTW I also rated 10/10 .. but this for me hit 20/10 once you think of the WHOLE arc of the drama over some 103 eps)

Yeah I don't mind an FL with some anxieties and worries but what is irksome is the "baby ish" act.
Eg I LOVED Wang Chu Ran in FOMH
