Somehow I can't yet believe that a show can reach the heights of CLOY without having SOME SOLID redeeming quality.

I hope to express it with passion but not to offend anyone or judge their love for the drama.

God knows how I've felt stung by severe language that had little to do with thoughts or opinion on drama that I adored and more on the person.

Like I said : I hope at worst I come off as a Shrek type troll 😜

But I hope I can stay Shrek-like and not be mud-slung for expressing my deep slump.

Believe me, when I knew that WLIS would pull me deep into withdrawal symptoms, I was banking on this as my go to - I didn't even peek at QOT I was so sure it would rock me back into KDrama lap...

How did this Drama beat CLOY and GOBLIN?

Just it's 2 eps would need to BEAT past 400 KDrama first 2 eps of even B minus (less than rating 6.5) shows before it can even take a peek at CLOY🫢🤔


Okay, DISCLAIMER : Am here fresh from watching WLIS ( Will Love In Spring) and I am here on KDrama watch after 9 months of living solely on Cdrama.

Feeling totally lost at the disconnect with KDrama (which I inhabited exclusively for 3 years).

How did audience taste CHANGE so randomly and drastically????!!!!

I REALLY hope someone who fell in love and was completely swept away at Ep 1-2 of this drama will come forward and share the magic and beauty that I have missed.

I've lost my sight too I think - can't see an iota of artistic lighting or Cinematography nor hear any evocative OST.

It has used the WORST and cheapest story telling plot moving devices..

This might be sounding like trolling - but trust me - am losing my mind trying to understand this and absolutely have no troll instincts...

I WANT TO hear a lover extol to high heaven what seductive beauty in the first 2 eps (and beginning of 3) put him / her in a tizzy of blazing excitement

I have Rising With the Wind on my PTW ;-p

I am yet to watch JOL 1
It's saved in my Cookie Jar - only for those BAAAAD stretches when there is NOTHING.

During a phase that is the "Winter of Our Discontent" with lack of quality drama ;-p

I watched the show's EP 18-21 (out of PIG-UGLY, HAIRY GREED on the terrible terrible pathetic MACHINE translated KissH - my first time knowing such a platform exists LOL) so it was lost in translation ..

It felt like a foreign language although the words were English .. It's like they took the words and scrambled them up and wanted you to LIVE unscramble and GET what they are saying.

I got a horrid headache ..

So I WILL rewatch once it's been decently bathed and washed and changed and sprayed with cologne for a VIKI appearance ..

Just like I watched L&P to catch a lot of the stuff that slipped away .. I want to do the same with this.
