I think I would've enjoyed this show immensely more if they just cut out the romance of the ML and FL and all the romance melodrama between every side character. If you just smashed the first 1/3 of this show and the last 1/3 of this show together this would be one of the best dramas out there. Unfortunately the middle part of this season is such an anchor for me that I can't rate it as high as I would like.

I dont know if what I said is that controversial. The show becomes revolved around romance and I dont think its particularly well written after the time skip. The first 10 episodes is a masterpiece. After that I disagree and think the writers lost the plot.

Eh? After the time skip it is 90% romance. Either romance between side characters or romance between the leads. IDK how you can say otherwise. In the beginning it was about healing and it was really good.
This show was really good when it was focused on family dynamics and the parents/kids relationship. Then the time skip and idk what happened to the writers. It feels like a different writing team took over. The drop in writing quality in the story and dialogue is massive. This has to be one of the worst romances Ive seen. When writers have to shove love triangles in every single couple its a signal that they dont know how to write a good romance.

Season 2 was a huge disappointment. No character growth at all, and instead of focusing on smaller human stories it turns into giant multi-nation corporate conspiracies.
