What’s wrong with these people? Can’t they date…seriously people u want your fav actor to be a VIRGIN? We are living in 2023 or 1023?

C ent is toxic it’s all about squashing other competitor, like today….the amount of Hot search and readings on all CFY related….even HYX are dragged together and being made fun off…..

I was surprised when L&P promotion went above and beyond as most mkt drama in 2023 and was criticized by CCTV. I got a feel at that time CFY team finally shows his financial strength too much and this put him in precarious position. All eyes are on him and everyone given the chance will put him down….like today….

But I think, CFY team will fights…..at least he did not break the law….so maybe there is a glimmer of hope…

I see pp hope too much for HYX (no cut etc). Our best hope wt current condition is HYX can air safely WITHOUT being taken down in the middle. HYX is the most exp BL ever filmed & every tiny movement of HYX, huge number of paid navy guiding pp opinion why this should not air – bad hot search, bad articles popping up everywhere in China. HYX has always been hot and dangerous.
Although now without cp mkt fr actors etc, things are tone down. HYX still gathers the most attention among un-aired BL drama. The longer Tencent waits the greater the chance it will never air. The more BL air, the more paid navy brainwash pp BL drama is bad for the country. The less chance we see HYX.

If HYX can air safely and audience can follow the grand story it is A WIN WIN for us, actors and crew. This alone is VERY difficult to achieve. Most likely name change, no announcement broadcast, fast broadcast and during quiet time (no summer vacation).
HYX script did not hv flirting between Mls unlike WOH.

Even wt ALON many cuts we feel the Chemistry esp later eps….and LYX-CFY chemistry is over the roof fr leaks, we will FEEL it deeply even with cuts.
So clown just pray that this air SAFELY and be realistic in our hope considering the situation….and hope to see the uncut version internationally AFTER safe broadcast and pray no harm to the actor esp LYX who is much more prone to blackmail because he has no capital support.

Yes, however even HYX air now Tencent & Otter will only get a portion of what they initially thought cause no CP mkt anymore. But selling them overseas still an income, and no way Tencent not trying to do that.

U r right, there is no way Tencent not selling this to Netflix, Viki and others after they finished exclusive broadcast.....

There was a talk bfr covid, Netflix is going to make one.......So that's your best hope...

Original not BL novel, and Drama story v diff than novel only using shell and character name (author said I did not read). But Tencent filmed this with many BL interactions and later on decided to cut it down.......So that's the truth and not original novel got butcher.
But C is China, u should watch non Chinese BL then, it won't change in 10 years fr now.

Those who watched ALON knows they are being cut down to 30-35 min eps from 40-45 min. Although original novel not BL, but Tencent seems to film tons of CP interactions that got cut off later on bfr airing. Let’s face it, it would be the same thing with HYX which has much more interactions between the 2 leads….My hope is one: Having to watch HYX this year safely is already a win, if they cut it out, I hope viewers understand the whole storyline….After all, HYX storyline is much larger, more complicated and bigger….

At this point, I’m also tired of waiting. I know it not going to be like the intended one….but let’s just air it so that the hard work of the crews and actors are not completely wasted.

Maiko is Geisha trainee...J Drama only when you are familiar with their culture, they way the talk etc. Otherwise it might be too fake for sm pp. But I do have a number of J friends so I know that their acting is v natural.

Antis in China often shows wedding leaks as one reason why HYX should not air....cause it's wedding between the 2 guys....

It's a great production, no annoying FL, you can completely focus on the Plot.
Good acting from most casts too.

On eps 13....still want to smack ZP 🤣🤣🤣High IQ and Low EQ, he won't survive a week in court.

I hope this is a 40 eps drama and not 29........It's been a while since we get a good costume drama with beautiful productions.

I love watching JBR too, this guy has good acting skill (incl good line delivery)....
