Hopefully he isn't too depressed as he's an amazing character. Literally he and the fl are the only likeable ones to me.
BEST CHARACTERS:
GangJu:
Loves his non biological father and does everything he tells him to with no argument. Caring, component, hard working, loving etc. Clearly cares about DaRim and her family even though all they do is spout abuse at him for no reason.
DaRim:
Sometime annoying but overall she's a good character. Clearly cares for GangJu which is nice as she started to tear up when she couldn't tell GangJu about his impending termination as Director.
Really hope they don't make the TaeUng character the new Director as he isn't really worthy. Might be biological son but he isn't director material to me. Too cocky and self absorbed. Also hope they don't move TaeUng into the family home and make GangGu feel like a guest in a home he has grown up in. Will be a bad watch if they do
The REALLY BAD characters below
Tae Ung: annoying and stuck up. Has tons of money but doesn't help his sister when she is blind and also doesn't help 'his family' when they are struggling. What a TWAT Hates his father even though he didn't know he existed.
Seung Don: Doesn't care about the son he has (GangJu). Might not be biological but he is the definition of a perfect son. Works hard and takes care of the company. Doesn't even listen to GangJu when the news emerged just fired him and kicked him out which is a dick move. Cares more about TaeUng who hates him and his family just because he can. Just an over all POS
Perfect mix of romance, comedy, sadness and mystery. It’s truly a contender die drama of the year for me.
The acting is amazing the simple cinematography is really well done.
Episode 11 was probably the best of the series. Phenominal acting and perfect mix of every emotion.
Other than the leads, who are amazing, the best characters for me are:
Lee Ju Ri - One of the sexiest and dominant female characters I have seen. Amazing acting and over all characters and wish there was more than 12 episodes but unfortunately there isn’t. Single mother who doesn’t give af is a refreshing and wonderful take for her character. Loving it.
Dae Geun - A character which is ignored by his family as he didn’t attend the prestigious unis his siblings did but is smart and gentle anyway. He wasn’t even allowed to go to his grandmothers birthday party due to his status in the family. Loved his rebellious arc in the drama, becoming more vocal and dominant in his life due to the help of Lee Ju Ri. Especially in episode 11 when he let out his feelings to his mother, although his mother didn’t care about his feelings and ultimately kicked him and Ju Ri out of their homes.
Hope Dae Geun and Ju Ri can get their happy endings as from the looks of the episode 12 preview they have to break up due to his mothers need to control everything. But as a guess Geuns mother will come around
Choi Won Bong - Started of annoying and not understanding but he becomes a loving and supportive husband to Geun Hui, especially in episode 11 when he knew about a potential baby the entire time he was so understanding and supportive.
So using company money would technically count as embezzlement
Guess the story line will be how TaeUng takes over as director and kicks GangJu out of work, home and the family.
Hope they don't as TaeUng isn't worthy of any role near the company. He isn't smart enough or have the education (that we know of)
