I did not watch the first season but even I want Lee Rang to be happy. I am hoping he doesn`t have a tragic love story. But knowing how he was emotionally in the first season, I am not sure. But I keep thinking....if brothers will resolve the problems between them earlier this time, it is possible that in the future the events to go differently?
Also, I want all three mountain gods to resolve their feelings too. I have a soft spot from friendships. I want them to be good friends in the end.

Yeah...It is strange. Not really a sequel or a prequel. Except from Lee Yeon and his friend, Shin Joo, everyone else are in their timeline. But just coming back in time the both of them are altering the past somehow. It is an alternative universe. It is always complicated in those time travels but the films/dramas are keeping it simple and sometime do not explain really well the concept.
I am curious why there is a time travel, who or what generated it, what is the purpose. Lee Yeon could change the future for better or for worst. What is good for one, could be bad for others.
But except this extra pressure for Lee yeon, I guess , it is a good opportunity for audience to know more about the mountain gods, the mythical creatures, other folklore stories. I understood why the writer chose the story in the past and not to continue from where he left it. So many oportunities this way.

At least I somehow understand where these negative emotions come from. LOL. I say she played the villain role so well. I read people who did not return to better feelings towards her after many years (she played another villain 20 years ago). It has happened before. But a role in a drama is fiction. Everyone in the industry knows that she is one of the kindest person ever. Have a good time watching this drama and avoiding her scenes. She won`t play a very nice person here either. Take care.

There is romance between Lee Rang and the mermaid character. Maybe it is a tragic love story.

He will be alive in 1938. Who knows, Lee Yeon and his friend`s time travel in the past might change the future for the better.

If they decide to produce season 3, the plot will take play in Joseon, before the time in season 2.

I did not watch the first season and I don`t find it necessary. If you like the genre you can watch. If not, just read about the first season and it`s fine.

Until the last episode there will be hints that there is someone unknow ploting against the good guys team. Rainbow Corporation is the taxi team, right? She will want revenge against them. Ha Joon must be her inside man. OK. We`ll see how it will be played out. If she is a random, character, it is atill alright.

I am sorry for my ignorance. I did not watch any episode. You mentioned the sister of Chairwoman Baek. Baek as Cha Ji Yeon`s character in season 1? What happened with Chairwoman Baek? She died or is in jail? I watched a video with her and I thought that Kim So Yeon could play her sister in the cameo. I was wondering if she had a sister and now you mentioned about her. I am sure So Yeon will play a villain and I was wondering how they will incorporate her story in the drama. I could totally see So yeon playing the sister.

Ryu Kyung Soo received recently a coffee truck from Kim Bum and he wrote that the premiere is May 6. The fact that they delay any promotional for the drama made people wonder if, indeed, there is a problem with CGI, like one of the insiders has mentioned. We`ll see. We are waiting for the official news.

The article about the airing date it doesn`t mention Jin Goo in the cast. We`ll see.

If this drama will air on May 6, we'll see script reading pictures, a trailer soon but there is a rumor that the release date will be delayed for the second half of the year because of CGI. It seems that they are not ready. We'll see.

She could be his wife (she struggles into the family on her own), she is the lawyer of the family she works or is a member of the rival group. LOL No dansel in distress but I think we are not realistic here. We know the cliches.

What? Reincarnation? Nope. There isn`t any romance between the female and male lead. She is one of the mountain gods. The script changed from the original synopsis. We`ll see if the writer made the female lead the antagonist of the story. The romance will be between Lee Rang and the mermaid character. That`s it.

There will be romance as the synospis implies so, the main lead will have a romantic partner and we both want an age appropriate actress. The drama has a male centric plot and with the new addition to the cast, there will be family related storyline. I doubt right now that the female lead will have a meatier storyline but I wish I am wrong. I think the romance is secondary in this drama and it`s OK but I wish the female lead (if there is one) will have an important part. Let see the other cast members to know more about the story.

We don`t know who is going to be the female lead but I want someone close in age with the male lead.
