Very good episode. The only thing that really bothers me are the coworkers both should be fored especially the man. He's so annoying and who really talks about his boss that way? UGH. Anyway, for me both the couples in this drama are worth it. I love SJW and HYS. They really love each other and somehow they know how to fight against the mother. SSW and LJM are everything that are cute and good in second couples. I'm tired of the mothertho and I eish JW could just cut her out of his life but that's easier said than done in cultures, esp. if you are rich.

The first episode was impressive. I already love Jian Ci, Landy Li does something to me that I immediately love her characters ever since I saw her as Yetan. The ML & FL's story is going to be dark but I guess I can handle it. I do love angst and toxicness from time to time so I guess this is up my alley. And from what I see there might be some character development later on which I also appreciate. LL and RJL seem to have good chemistry which is very much appreciated. And of course their acting is so good. Think I'll watch this one 1 ep like I did with TSL and other Chinese dramas I've seen. Just easier for me that way lol.
Heavy episode . I liked that they showed more why Yun Seo is the way she is. The girl had horrible parents. No wonder she pushes people away and emotionally closes off. it's her coping mechanism and it all comes from her parents abuse , she doesn't know any better. I also think it was so easy for her to pull away from Ju Won because deep down I don't think she thinks she's worthy of love. Anyone who has been abused and abandoned knows that feeling. So she thought if she was cold, Ju Won would get tired and stop loving her, well that didn't happen. Which is what I think she'll realize next episode hence why she folllows him to the airport. As for Ju Won controrary to the hate against him: I never saw him as a SIMP. Just a young man who is in love and is willing to fight for that happiness. That makes him strong against someone like his mother. As for Su Won and his wife I love their romance it's really the warmth this series needed they are so adorable. Agreeing with someone else who posted that the villain here is the mother and their money. I hope she eventually backs off.
If it really is going to be 12 episodes, I hope they put it two times a week. If not I'll just get used to it. I watch BL and that's once a week, I can wait even if it tests my patience XD.
Got to say that I love the look of Landy Li’s costumes in here. Her costumes on TSL were on the plainer side, which was a shame, but I guess that was because it was a lower budget drama.
2 episodes in and so far I think leng is doing a pretty decent job for a first major role
there's only a few actors who I think have been really good in their first major roles. Leng is one of them the others are: Sea Tawinan,(Jimmy was good in VV but improved a lot more in LT) Ohm, Gemini, Fourth and Mix.

Maybe but I just thought she seemed way too cold in how she asked her to move out of her house as soon as possible. People need to giref and she's not letting her.I guess she feels her hands are tied with the dad being so evil, but those scenes didn't sit well with me. Plus, right now Pleng shouldn't be alone and Aunt V i is ok with her being on her own. Maybe I'll see her differently later but right now I don't like her.
