Yes in my rewatches I'm able to catch more things about WR that I missed the first time. Yep he's definitely rthe more sensible of the 3 and that's what allows YQ to be more mature, sensible and empathatic to YT once he returns. That's how I came to appreciate him more

Lamu- he's the innocent,emotional and passionate side
Heartless- the playfuland cunning side
Wenren- the compassionate, romantic, mature and understanding/empathetic, side.

Very well put. That's why both couples were amazing together. Both grew, learned together fought for each other and their love while growing as better people together. I also love how there was no toxic elements in their stories and that's what makes their stories and this series so memorable, Not to mention all the characters were so well built before any romance happened. The romance between both couples made sense. As well as the stories between the side couples.

Wow! Shows how talented they are and how amazing their chemistry is. The audience can literally feel and see how in love their characters are. The fact that they can do that in their very first scene together is ❤️❤️❤️😍. Love them.

Ooh if Xingxu and Landy do make this it will be grand seems light with a little bit of angst. Perfect for them. If this is the rumored project hopefully it comes to fruition.

Agreed sometimes less is more. Just do the sweet touches, longing looks etc. I was surprised that RJL had a few kissing scenes with Dilreba in The Blue Whisper. In that case I guess he had to because they were important to the story or he was comfortable with Reba his wife was too *shrug*. Other than that it's visible that the kiss scenes were filmed weirdly because he wouldn't do them.

Deng Wei deserves better. He needs his own ML role. I thought that would be Lost You Forever but then I realized I was mistaken XD.

sad that having a bf/gf hinders any connection they may have with their costars. that's the biggest problem with RJL and his unwillingness to do heavy romance scenes with his costars. Anyhoo. It may just be the script because I saw glimpses of chemistry here and there. Nothing that made me thing woo! so much chemistry but I thought they are passable LOL.

CXX and LLD being comfortable worked so well for their chemistry. It's true that Xingxu has had chemistry with all his co stars but that comfortableness and naturalness with Landy is what puts her as his best CP for me. Also they brought out the best in each other. I remember them saying in interviews that their acting styles matched and that is 100%. That connection is what made them so awesome. Maybe for others that connection isn't there/the same no matter how many times they work together.

TBH i'm surprised that so many are having so much trouble with their chemistry. They seemed to be one of the loved couples in the last years. For some actors it could be the chemistry just fizzles out over time or they didn't have as much as originally thought in the first place. *shrug* . It could also depend on the script who knows for sure tho.

I guess it also depends on the script. Bai Lu doesn't have much to do on TTEOTM. Her character is pretty bland. If she doesn't have much to go on that can affect their chemistry too. Or who knows could be that the ship dies the more time they work together too.

This is me. I wanted to love it because it's my thing(angst). It just didn't do it for me. I mean it could be because I love TSL so much that I can't get into anything else yet. Which is why I was hoping TTEOTM would be that drama for me and sadly it wasn't. I'll give it another chance later but for now it's a miss. Also seeing the same CGI from TSL is not giving it any points in my eyes just makes me remember TSL lol. I'll say the costumes are gorgeous tho I kinda wish TSL would have that budget when it came to the outfits, oh well.

It's just wierd that it's been stuck in 8.7 for months. I think some have rated it below 7 and that affects the rating too. At least it hasn't dropped. Maybe it's true it needs more reviews or something. It definitely deserves more than 8.7 that's for sure.

Agreed. Sometimes the writers focus too much on one character and screw over the others which sucks. TSL luckily didn't have that problem. I'm rewatching with my brother(he loves this genre and seems to be enjoying TSL). He likes the characters although he's having trouble with CF haha. Told him to wait and see his development as the story continues.

Isn't she dating someone tho? I remember reading that somewhere. BUT if she's not I say go for it. Although being friends and dating can be scary esp if the friendship doesn't want to be lost by either.

I guess it all depends on the script writers. TSL had a good one. Sure it had flaws and wasn't perfect. But for the most part itwas very well written compared to others in this genre. The characters, love stories and bonds were definitely the best part.
