Yeah I noticed that their love story is fast paced for the sake of the stories tragedy and angst. I guess that's my problem if I can't feel the romance I have a hard time with the drama. QK and CF were very fast paced too but in their case, everything made sense.

He's ok in that one imo. But we all have different takes on actors XD. The story is good tho. That was the only I could get into while watching TSL.

Leo is a good actor, but I don't know maybe it's the messy story that threw me off of it. But since I was interested, I'll give it another try in a couple of days. Although that may be the drama that I can't get into despite it's hype LOL. I suspect the mess is because of the edits to cut it down to 40 eps. Hopefully it gets better again later.

I think that's one of the reasons I had a hard time connecting with TTEOTM. Sure completely different story but it's missing heart. The Blue Whisper had it but that one I dunno if it's suffering from edit problems or something else but yeah not the same. TSL really is one of its kind.

ep 3 haha. Usually if I'm not into a drama by ep 2 I tend to lose interest. I'll give it another chance because I like angsty stories but for now I'm taking a break. Truth sounds good I'll give it a look. CXX is one of the actors that has chemistry with everyone lol.

It's because TTEOTM has traffic stars. Those fans tend to bash stories if they don't like it because their fave is in it.

Damn I'm still trying to find a drama that I'll love this much. I tried TTEOTM and it didn't do it for me. On hold for now. TSL really ruined other dramas for me. Maybe a BL series will do it since those are my number 1's but it's been hard LOL.

Pls, pls let tat rumor be true. And if it is let it be something amazing like TSL was. I'm in the mood for them to do something angsty. They'll handle that well, just hopefully the story as up to par with them.

I saw the trailer. I'm happy that we are getting two episodes per series & couple. Much better than just one.

The thing is I loved TSL from ep 1 this one is taking me more. But I'll see how I feel as I keep watching.

Lamu and Heartless. Although recently I have developed more of an appreciation for Wenren. Upon rewatches I'm able to see him more than before once YQ returns. Also I love that he's the one that retains more of YT's memory than the other two.

One of the best for sure not the best for me yet. I still like TSL more and there's other big ones coming. But I'll say this one will definitely be one of my favorite ones for sure.

Binged watched eps 2 & 3(didn't watch ep 2 yesterday) and sad how even though Tantai Jin is a prince he still gets bullied. I noticed that on The Starry Love too no matter if they are royalty they are still mistreated. I guess I'm just used to Western Culture where stories rarely have that but I digress. I feel so bad for TTJ I'm almost rooting for him to turn evil. I get why he did in the first timeline. I'm probably gonna get raked for this but as much as I like this story I'm not as addicted to it as I was to The Starry Love. Maybe since I loved that one so much it's taking me a little bit to connect with this one. Although I care about the characters and story. I guess I need more time. But so far I like what I see, just not completely in love yet.

Yeah, I like TSL's OST much better esp Liu Yuning's "Speak with You." Such an epic song played in epic moments and also the instrumentals were top notch. Agreed, hopefully the music picks up in later eps.

Yeah the ending was where it was noticeable. We needed 10 more minutes and it would have worked so well. In this case those cuts worked for the best with TSL. Kind of sad that it wasn't 2 parts but still I loved when we got in the end.

Whoa! You can't even tell in TSL that it was cut down to 40 from 48. Maybe the ending but other than that the story flowed so well and never felt like it was edited weirdly. Exposition doesn't sell well with me so I have to see when I get there how I feel about that.

The Starry squad is one of the best fandoms I've encountered. I love it for that reason.

From the little of the abuse I saw in ep 1 the rest is gonna be hard to watch. From the trailers some is even gonna come from the FL it's gonna get dark. I'm liking it so far but lets see if it will hold my attention all the way thru. TTEOTM section can be scary aside from some LBFAD fans coming in to cause trouble it's pretty neutral. I'm hoping it stays that way.
