Please don't let this have an ending like The Journey of Chongzi where it ends with both FL and ML dead. Then an extra 10 minute happy ending is sold as tyhe real ending. Just give us a HE in ep 40. That's all I ask for. But I feel like that's the trend for Chinese Drama now a days, even more with Xianxia, sigh.

I can't bring myself to feel sorry for her. Yes what happened to SZ and her clan is awful. Honestly the Heavenly Realm is the real evil in this story. Sad that Youqin and his siblings were born into such a nasty realm. But I guess one of them can heal it.
Anyway, what she's about to do to Yetan just makes me hate her. How dare she hurt someone who has only wanted to help her? YT is not evil, it wasn't her duty to kill that pos Emperor. She got her revenge justifiably. I guess SZ hates it that YT will be happy without keeping her word and not killing HE. Still it doesn't justify to me at least what SZ will do.

Hopefully some director casts them together again. They work so well together and chemistry like theirs shouldn't be wasted. A modern drama would be perfect.
I wish the scene of Youqin regaining his memory wouldn't have been spoiled. The scene when it's revealed that he has is soooo good. But since I already knew I didn't feel the impact of it as much as I was meant to.
Youqin and Ye Tan are my favorite couple ever in xianxia dramas after Dongfang Qing Cang and Orchid
same. They are my favorite too. They are so well written. CXX and LLD play it so well. Their chemistry is amazing. It's really hard to know they are leaving me so soon.

Seriously. I'm so in love with them and their love story. Has to be one of the healthiest, most supportive relationship in Xianxia. In a lot of the Xianxia I've seen the ML is toxic but not here. In fact, neither Youqin nor Chaofeng are. Sure, CF did questionable things and hurt QK but he never went to the lenghts some other ML/SML's have. Both YQ and CF love their women more than anything and would never harm them. Even a memoryless Youqin couldnt bring himself to hurt Yetan. His love is that powerful. That sword fight was beautifly shot. CXX and LLD's chemistry was up the wazoo.
Ep 38 made me realize that as much as I hate it. I get why Tan has to die, if she continues to live, she'll never be in peace. Like HE said the world would never allow it. There's only so much that Youqin can do to protect her. It's just heartbreaking that YQ and CF will probably have to wait a millennia to see them again. NOT fair. I just hope that the writers give all of them a happy ending. They more than deserve it. And hopefully by that time no one remembers the Twin flowers anymore.
LOL them using their star is a pinpong ball was kind of funny tho. And I love how Youqin's friends sprang into action when they realized the general heard that he had regained his memory. 2 more eps to go to find out how it ends :(.
Xianxia? yes, from what I've seen. on here this ending didn't really fit. Not with the overall feeling until QK's death, I guess. I'm just disappointed. Hopefully this happens ep 39 that way we have one more episode to hope for the best.

I saw the ending out of curiosity just to see how it ended. And without really understanding what they are saying man that was bad. I feel like this whole drama was a mess, which is why I had dropped it but it got even worse at the end. If this would have had the writing The Starry Love does it could have been so good but alas..........................
