I think it will end like most transmigration stories do. they die in the fiction world then go back to the real world and either the ML remembers everything somehow or the fictional one comes to the real world for the one he loves. All in all, they'll get their happy ending after destroying our hearts first.

she's already ready to go to town for him which she has shown in the last few episodes. she does love him but she's so stubborn and she's still scared of the iconic scenes. I think in the last episodes we'll see more of her love for him.

Hmmm seeing as the script writter makes himself known to Yimeng I wonder if it’s because she started going against his script. She doesn’t see Heng as a monster anymore and started fighting for him. While the screen writter intended to redeem Nan Heng I wonder if he really intended SYM to love him without still seeing him as a monster and not a real person like she’s starting to. If that’s the case then he’s going to make it hell for them the remainder of the eps. If not then there’s still a bigger villain out there that we don’t know yet.
