These "rich difficult guy with issues and poor girl who's love will cure him" dramas are no surprise here but just wish the writer and director would do things a little different. Seeing the same things you can almost predict every scene is becoming very boring.
She's gorgeous and I've heard a very nice person it's unfortunate her acting skills disappoint. Tends to overact and express her emotions with pouts after a while it's just annoying,
the writing and overall direction of this series is great. i really appreciated the way they handled ma ru's assault.…
Right on.. we tend to see these kind of scenes glossed over in these dramas (unfortunately in real life too) , the offenders are given a chance to justify themselves and even worse the law playing along and being dismissive calling them "couple issues".
It was a nice change for once seeing it addressed for what it was unapologetically. Assault is what it is and maybe things would be different it more female officers were allowed to handle them, the male ones tend to dismiss it or think it's not worth their time.
Female lead's acting is knda annoying. I find most actors who don't have very good skills just usually scrunch up their faces to act out emotions. Not just her it's a thing I find in these kdramas.
I don't know why there's a romance tag on this drama.. there isn't any. It's non-existent with the husband, as well as the babysitter just turns out to be an unhinged woman.
The drama is all about Kira going through and overcoming challenges as a middle aged married woman with a child returning to work. I deeply disliked the whole misogynistic treatment of ladies like these, such a shame in a supposedly advanced society.
There's a very slight hint Takagi might have cared for her but it's hardly acknowledged or developed. Nothing at all happens there he's just a co-worker all through and ends up that way.

Only saving grace is if someone has been watching these dramas and movies long enough to kind of know what some words mean without translation.
So on this one one needs to pay attention to the dialogue no matter what the subs translate then you'll get a clearer idea of what's being said.
