All I could say is, don't take dramas too seriously. All dramas have their flaws, some more than the others. Comparatively, this one is easier to watch and doesn't make one pull out one's hair too many times :)

In the real world, there are even more rude people out there, so the FL's rudeness is nothing really :)

If you still want to give this drama a chance, don't focus on the FL and Liang Jie, but focus on ML and Zeng Shunxi, and their dialogs. This drama is one of the few that has no toxic relationships and characters :)

You would wish your boyfriend/husband/lover/partner is like our ML here. He gives the best romance, overcoming all the shortfalls of the FL character and Liang Jie herself.

Liang Jie isn't as horrible in this drama as in her other dramas. But Zeng Shunxi is a darling here, and his character is one that you hardly see in many Chinese contemporary dramas.

I wouldn't say the boss is childish, just affable :)

Maybe more men should watch this drama, so that they can learn from it, just like Lin Kaiwen learning from reading Yao Jiajia's novels. XD

The Wu Xin (meaning no heart in Chinese) character in "Wu Xin The Monster Killer" literally has no heart. Here in this drama, Wu Xin is a Buddhist name, meaning non scheming (ie. a pure person). Notice the "xin" (heart) character has a double meaning, one is literal and the other is symbolic.

I don't really mind the low rating on the reviews as long as people point out why they don't like the drama. It is different when they rate something low just to promote another. That's illogical and childish.

I believe it is Unchained Love. The ML Wang Hedi becomes very famous after Love Between Fairy and Devil. Everyone watching Unchained Love comes to watch him and extol him like crazy. That drama (Unchained Love) is mediocre. When I pointed that out, I got attacked, and the fans told me, that show wasn't for me. See how vicious these fans can be. They are really losing their minds and don't allow criticisms. Terrible!

I don't know, is she supposed to be funny? I can't even smile at those scenes at all. The dialogue writing is just so predictable and mediocre.
