Hey folks, this is really a very good drama. Don't overlook it because it was tagged "tragedy" previously. It's intense. The plot is good. The protagonists and antagonists are trying to outwit each other. The acting is good. The chemistry between the lovers is good. I don't know how it would end, but don't miss it!

Actually she was kind of 'forced' to marry the Emperor because she wanted the Emperor to rescue Wei Kuang. There were also other events which made her marrying the Emperor seem to be the only choice. The Emperor fell in love with her but did not force her to marry him. He knew her heart was for Wei Kuang. Even after they were married, he never touched her, because she dodged him all the time. I'm still hoping Wei Kuang gets to keep her in the end because they are truly in love with each other still.

30 episodes in, Ye Ning Zhi and Wei Kuang are still heart-to-heart with each other. No sign of them falling out of love with each other and/or she falls in love with the Emperor. I don't know how Ning Zhi gets impregnated by the Emperor as I have not read the novel, but I know I'll be so angry when/if it happens. Sigh!
