I'm watching Love Between Fairy and Devil. Love Dylan Wang. The drama itself is cute and hilarious :)

I think LBY fears that once he gets married, his zeal for revenge may diminish. This happens to many people: risk taking before and after marriages changes. Imagine if he takes his revenge after he marries CSS, CSS and her family would be endangered should the revenge fail. He tries to avoid that.

Having said that, LBY in fact is very gentle and doting on CSS; he's very accommodating to her. I guess that's the appeal.

Hahaha! You would find, the most appealing partners in most C dramas are usually the alpha male like LBY. Somehow, girls want to be protected and decisions made by their male partners. Even badass girls would usually develop and become 'tamed' girls at the end of many dramas. Yeah, in real life, LBY and I would have killed each other a thousand times :D

I believe LBY feels that he's at the end of his rope when all evidence has been destroyed. He knows if he doesn't take action immediately, his enemy would just continue to exist as if nothing has happened because he (Ling Yi) is being protected by the laws and his cronies in the government. In court, everyone would take Ling Yi's words over LBY's because LBY was only 6 years old when the incident happened; no one would believe LBY's words, so Ling Yi could still escape punishment.

She feels that if he's going to take risk and die in the event, she wants to be part of it, instead of being protected and pushed aside; she feels he has not taken her as equal, though he means to protect her.

It's because of politics. Her son, the Crown Prince, is not fit to be the next emperor because he's too weak. He's too stressed out and unhappy to be the Crown Prince too, and that makes the Empress unhappy as well. The Emperor can not change the Crown Prince to the 3rd Prince without changing the Empress because that's not appropriate. The Empress understands all this, so she asks to be deposed.

I was scared too when I saw only Ah Fei, and Ah Qi was missing. Then when LBY returned to the palace, the Emperor scolded him, saying he left the good one behind and took the "not good one" with him :D After that, we see the two brothers fighting side by side with LBY again. So, don't worry. He's fine :D
