I wonder how present Sunjae combines all the timelines together. Somehow, his lives were all different although connected with Sol. It's easier for Sol because, for her, although she went to the past, time is linear. Sunjae actually lived (and now remembers) through all 15 years three times, while Sol only lived once and jumped through the rest.
I think people overall tend to post negative comments more than positive ones, which creates an illusion that there is more negativity. Kudos to your attitude towards it! The drama does feel like a warm hug.
I just finished the last episode, and I am so confused. Besides the love story, there are so many plot holes that I don't even understand what the writers wanted their audience to take away.
After Yun Woo went to the past, almost nothing changed: her parents still believed Yun Woo committed suicide/was killed, past Tae Ha died, past Tae Ha's mom would suffer anyway, the grandpa as the main culprit was not punished, and the killer ran away. What was the point of her learning all the details in the present?
The only meaningful thing that changed in the past was the law for virtuous women, and I guess that would be at least acceptable if more attention and build-up were given to it.
For me, mom's character was refreshing to see. She was comical, over the top in a fun way, and sometimes twilight/catwoman kind of cool. Definitely different from the typical kdrama mom.
i love hyoseop, but li zi wei is one of my fave characters of all-time so i'm kinda nervous. can anyone tell me…
Li Zi Wei and Nam Si Heon are different. LZW is a playful, lovable, goofy best friend who is always there. It seems like NSH was written to be more upscale, assertive and confident, yet the character is kind and attentive (basically, a perfect kdrama ML).
